The infrastructure in room are old and decrepit. Sheet and Quilt unclean and smelling. Wifi can't access internet. The staff is slow to respond.

the view from the original room is cool, the admin is also very helpful. the only drawback when you first enter, the room smells very fishy from the kitchen mat, otherwise it's okay. in the future, please pay attention to the cleanliness of the kitchen mat/cloth. thank you

The room is nice, but unfortunately there is no tissue provided in the bathroom or in the kitchen. The CS did not respond when asked about the Netflix account. The towels seemed to have not been replaced. There was only one bowl and one plate for eating utensils. But overall still good

I arrived at the place but couldn't check in, the excuse was that I could check in at 14:00, even though I had already paid in full and there was no initiative from the management to do so.

TV won't turn on, seems like a problem with the remote. Wi-Fi has no data connection, kitchen and bathroom equipment is not available (coffee, tea, soap etc.), Pic contact only responds during the booking data verification process. The room ambiance and the original are very different, the mattress is not standard

We have staff on standby around the building. If there is anything lacking, it can be communicated so that you are comfortable using our property. However, it is very unfortunate, we did not receive any information from your complaint at the beginning, so your complaint has not been resolved. Wifi can't be used at all. Parking must be paid 4000/hour. The owner is slow to respond. Only the location and view and POOL are good.

Overall cleanliness and location are good but unfortunately the service is very slow. Some facilities have problems and are not repaired, such as gallons of water that run out but are not replaced and wifi that doesn't work.
