The staff are friendly and helpful. Thai helped us to book the bus to Sapa from the web. He also helped us to get the online taxi. The food tastes good, we enjoyed the Pho Ga prepared by the kitchen staff.

Calido Hotel is in a quite strategic location. The room is quite spacious, clean and tidy, but there is no window. The hotel staff is friendly. The breakfast menu is quite limited, but enough to fill your stomach before traveling.

We got an upgrade to a family suite upon check in. What a great service from front office team especially Ms. Quinhy and Ms. Huyen. The restaurant staff could be improve. No engagement during dining both in Bar or Breakfast time. Engagement could improve your customer satisfaction.

Enthusiastic staff, car rental price is quite expensive compared to the average. During the cold season, the water heater is sometimes hot and sometimes cold. Nice neat and clean room

The hotel is small but clean, even though there are no windows, it is cleaned every day, so when you come home in the afternoon you feel fresh, the room/bathroom facilities are complete, including drinks, the staff are all friendly & the breakfast is delicious even though there are only 2 menus, especially the pho. The environment is quiet compared to other streets, which are noisy. Thanks Calido. Success.

The hotel uses very sagging spring mattresses that cause back pain, pillows are very high and hard, making a vacation very bad.

My room was perfect! Walking distance to foodtrip areas & train street. TV has English channels; Quiet room with well equipped toiletries! Modern, spotless clean, strong wifi & great staff! I will come back, stay longer & join their tour packages. This is the best hotel in Hanoi!
