The room on the second floor was hot during the day or when the sun was out, perhaps because it lacked sound insulation and wasn't soundproof. If there was any noise from the front, the room would be noisy. The service was good.

I found the hotel's interior aesthetically pleasing. It boasts plantation views and horseback riding in the mornings. The receptionist, Kang Mujiyanto, was also friendly. The area's cleanliness needs to be improved. Thank you.

The hotel was comfortable, clean, and fragrant. The only downside was that you could hear the noise from the next room, probably because of the wood, so I don't think it's for married couples. Hehe. The mattress also felt really springy, making it uncomfortable to sleep on. Otherwise, it was nice, fragrant, and clean.

There's no hot water and no breakfast provided. The location is in the middle of a garden.

It's actually worth it for that price, the room is quite clean. But the bathroom floor is really slippery, there is no water heater. In Pangalengan's class, which is very cold, there is no water heater. Last night I stayed on the 1st floor, the night was really noisy from upstairs, I couldn't tell if it was people or mice. And several times someone knocked on the window at night, when I was alone. Honestly, it was a bit disturbing during my rest time. Not being given breakfast is not a problem, but not being given mineral water is a bit excessive.

The room is nice and comfortable, but the walls are not very soundproof because yesterday when someone in the next room was taking a shower, the sound of running water could be heard.

The staff is very friendly. The hotel's location in a plantation area makes it perfect for those seeking a quiet stay away from the crowds and noise. Luckily, we booked on a weekday and it wasn't too crowded. The hot water works well. The Wi-Fi is fast, hehe. Note: Hopefully, the TV facilities will be improved. They now have smart TVs instead of watching local TV. Luckily, there was a FIFA event, so it was still safe.

The one-person shift was a bit of a hassle. The sheets were dirty when we checked in, but only after we complained. The location is okay, but cleanliness is still lacking. Improvements are needed.

The staff was nice, we were allowed early check-in at 1 am. This is our second time staying here, got the same room as last year. But this time it was a bit disappointed because the hot and cold water suddenly turned off, maybe because they were using it simultaneously because yesterday it seemed like all the rooms were full. Please pay more attention because water is very important. But overall it was good and if there is a chance, I will definitely stay here again.

Staff are rarely present at the counter, and there are lots of cobwebs. The price isn't worth it, and horses are rarely seen. It's not soundproof, and conversations in the next room can sometimes be heard very clearly.

Pay more attention to the entry area.

The staff was friendly, but the wooden rooms weren't soundproof. You could really hear the people next door. But overall, it was okay. The morning view was beautiful.
