Hotel nya bagus banget dan lokasi nya strategis dari beberapa tempat oleh-oleh d bali (the keranjang, Krisna dan lain-lain) hotel nya juga bersih dan untuk saya sekeluarga yang bawa 2 anak (11th dan 4th) sangat nyaman sekali. Hanya kemaren waktu check in g dapet key jadi d buka in sama Mbak nya. Pegawai hotel nya ramah-ramah dan sopan-sopan baik banget. Semoga bisa balik lagi ke Bali dan nginep di sini lagi thx.

Ada misscom saat check in, tapi kamar langsung disiapkan. Pelayanan baik, staffnya ramah-ramah & membantu sekali. Penginapan seperti art gallery, comfy kapan-kapan semoga ada kesempatan menginap lagi. Terima kasih.

The hotel was beyond my expectations! The first time I entered, I was a bit confused about the name Residence, but the inside was already like a five-star hotel, and I just found out that this is a new hotel that deserves a cheap price! The staff are all helpful and friendly, the rooms are also neat and surprisingly the amenities were so complete, from shampoo, condi, toothpaste, and others. The wifi is also fast, and there are lots of photo spots too 😍 oh yes, the breakfast here also feels really good! Definitely will come back soon❤️

Excellent value for a short stay - really convenient spot. Very clean, comfy bed, hot shower and a decent breakfast. Plus the staff were so kind and accommodating. Would definitely stay again!
