friendly staff. got a free room upgrade, but next to the restaurant it was very noisy. From dawn the staff had been working in the kitchen, pushing noises were heard even though we were still resting.. the room was not soundproof, so it was very noisy if someone passed by in front of the room. good breakfast, nice playground. unfortunately couldn't swim because it was under maintenance. please upgrade the gym equipment and also renovate the jacuzzi to make it better. the room lights were dim, there were no bright lights, so it hurt my eyes when reading.

It's not very clean. It's not as clean as before because this is the umpteenth time I've stayed here. I refilled my drink outside but didn't immediately refill the gallon when it was empty.

The hotel is okay for the price. The playground is spacious and clean. The swimming pool is also nice. The environment is also beautiful. It's worth a staycation with the kids instead of playing at the mall.

There is no telephone, refrigerator, or bathroom mat in the room. I wanted to ask room service for a mat, but there is no telephone in the room. So it's really difficult if I want to ask questions. The room smells musty. I hope it can be fixed again.

The AC is dead, the bathroom is dirty, the faucet is broken.

family and kids friendly hotel for sure the rooms are super plentiful. during breakfast we didn't get a seat even after waiting 5 minutes we finally got one. the food choices are quite a lot, the taste is also delicious the playground area is quite large and there is a bridge directly to the children's pool. The children's and adult pools are separate, for the adult pool you must wear a swimsuit. the parking area is large, it's just that there is no basement parking so it's a bit of a hassle if it rains the facilities in the room are quite complete and clean, water is available in the corridor in the dispenser and can be refilled as much as you like, in the room there is a kind of container to fill water

I stayed for 3 days 2 nights and booked a standard king room. I was so happy when I checked in, the receptionist upgraded me to a moderate room for free. This hotel is kids friendly because of the nice playground and children's pool with a sandpit. The adult pool has a really cool jacuzzi and what's amazing is that after swimming, my eyes don't sting and my hair doesn't smell of chlorine because the chlorine content seems to be just right (there is an info board about the chlorine content and Ph). There is a pool bar in the pool area, you can order drinks and snacks while swimming (the coffee milk is normal, the hot chocolate and ice cream are delicious). My husband got free coffee at 10 pm, ordered coffee at the pool bar, hehe, thank you. The hotel area is quite spacious and shady so you can walk around the hotel. The gym is complete, I had time to use it for morning exercise. The hotel staff are friendly, always greet me when I pass by and are very helpful when I need a laundry bag delivered directly to my room. The only downside is that the water absorption in the bathroom is a bit slow, so if you take a shower it stagnates for a while and the room is not watertight so if someone talks in the hallway it can be heard from the room. Overall I am satisfied and happy to stay here, my child is also happy to the point of not wanting to go home.

Breakfast is so-so. Everything is okay, here we are looking for a playground for children.

This hotel is very pampering for small children, fast wifi, friendly staff at the reception and security. Just a little input for the restaurant, the night I wanted to order food there was no service there, and in the morning during breakfast the arrangement really made me not in the mood to eat.

Staff is very friendly, please maintain it. Pool is ok.

The hotel is fun, safe and comfortable, the kids are happy because there is a playground and swimming pool, all recommended, only the furniture is old and needs to be replaced to make it look more attractive.

The hotel staff is very friendly, those who bring children will definitely be happy to stay here because there is a children's pool, sand pool, and a fairly large playground. Will definitely come back here again sometime.
