Overall ok, strategic location, large and comfortable room. However, the staff is not very communicative. The room that should have been cleaned every 3 days until check out, which is 5 days 4 nights, was not cleaned. Even though it was requested at the FO on the 2nd day of stay.

Very well.. arrived at the hotel at midnight and was also helped to check in..

Missed the bus because I waited too long for the elevator. Waited for the elevator for almost an hour. I managed my time as best I could but was delayed for an hour because the elevator was always full and didn't even stop at our floor. Wow worst.

Cheap price, very comfortable and clean room. The view is also beautiful. Highly recommend

The staff attitude arent friendly. They doesnt explain for details when we arrived at hotel about deposit, when they talked they doesnt eye contact with us and doesnt pratical words like thank you and sorry, like they doesnt care a lot. Maybe because we arent western people. The lift have four but one lift isnt functional, so we need queu. Bathroom doesnt have hanger

The room is spacious, hot water in bathroom works well, overall quite clean. Very good wifi. Please be mind that they did not clean the room everyday and they don’t have deposit box inside the room. There’s a minimarket at the hotel lobby, however restaurant options near hotel are limited. Location is ok, 10-15 minutes walk to Train Station/Suria KLCC/Petronas Twin Tower. Not too close but not that far I would say. However if you are travelling with senior, the best is to commute with taxi/online taxi instead of walking and using train. And if you’re planning to walk from station dragging your luggage— please consider again, bcs the pedestrian is not that smooth, better use taxi. The check in time is unusual, which is at 3pm (they stated clearly in the booking page). Even if you arrive early, they only allow you to check in at 3pm. Prepare cash for deposit (RM 200) & tax (RM 20/night) and also if you plan to store your luggage there, there’s a RM 5 fee (For my case, this fee was for per storing with 2 medium size luggage). Other reviewers complained about the waiting time to get the elevator, but in my case I did not experienced that. Overall me & my husband had a good stay here and would consider to go back again.

very good for an apartment. don't expect anyone to clean it but we can clean it ourselves there is a corridor for cleaning tools. so far I like it but it's a bit tiring walking to KLCC 700m

The hotel staff is very friendly, easy check in, spacious, clean rooms, well maintained swimming pool, there is luggage storage if you have a night flight and can travel around KL without having to carry suitcases...

Strategic, lots of food on the right and left, can store luggage but I forgot how much. Clean room, all room facilities can be used. There is a deposit. Friendly staff. There is a luggage scale, can be borrowed in the lobby The swimming pool is nice, city view sees the twin tower klcc. The downside is that during busy hours the elevator is always full so you have to be strategic if you want to get an elevator hehehehe

Overall it was very comfortable to stay here for 3 days. Family and kids friendly. As per the photo. The staff service is good, friendly and responsive. The room is spacious, clean, there is a refrigerator, stove, oven, sink, hair dryer, iron, Smart TV with Netflix etc. The facilities include a swimming pool, children's playground, billiards, on the ground floor there is a mini market, ATM, coffee shop and close to the delicious Banyan restaurant which is open from morning for breakfast to lunch and dinner. Next to the Crowne Plaza hotel and close to Suria Mall KLCC.

I really love to stay here! So comfortable, the room is fully equipped with all the facilities that we need, clean, and the view is nice. Definitely would stay here again if I come back to Kuala Lumpur.

Had a wonderful stay at the Scarletz Suitz with my family. The room is spacious and clean. The kitchen is fully equipped with necessary utensils, so we could cook or reheat our meals. The bathroom has a nice design as well. Most importantly, it is located at the center of KLCC, so it takes several minutes only to the Twin Towers. Will be back for my next trip for sure!

I have a bad experience with bedbugs. I wish I could change rooms.
