Overall good but the AC remote got no batteries so I turned on manually

The hotel staff is friendly, the atmosphere is clean and fragrant, but the washing machine that was included in the room is not available. Overall, it's really cool.

Very clean hotel, and very beautiful close to all places especially KLCC. From the room has a beautiful view. Very good staff service. If I go to KL again I will repeat stay at this hotel. Thank you to all the staff who when I ask they will respond quickly.

The room is cool, I deliberately chose a room with a bathtub and from the bathroom you can see the view of cool buildings and feel like in the movies. The only thing that was annoying was the unpleasant smell in the bathroom area, like the smell of sewage, as a result, I had to prepare perfume every time I wanted to go into the bathroom and soak. The smell was quite disturbing, I think it was from the drain. But overall, it was really cool, the swimming pool has a cool view. Recommended hotel.

I checked in for 2 nights here, overall, but you must perfect the cleaning before selling the room, dirty bedcover, and why only 2 pillows? It must be 4. And 4 towels, why only 2? Nothing slipper in your room, you must buy But I appreciate the room has reverse osmosis filtration for drink and kitchen utensils so please improve it, it will be perfect 👌🏻

The hotel was very crowded, but unfortunately one of the male staff was not pleasant. I had provided proof of deposit payment, but they insisted on saying they hadn't received it without checking.

Unfortunately, you can't make any requests even if you arrive before check-in time. The staff were friendly and clean, and the room was okay.

The hotel was super nice, receptionist was very helpfull also. But the room a bit dirty, thre was cigarette ash under the bed. But overall was good, the bathroom complete with the sanitary.

The luggage storage is very safe, making it easy to travel to other places if it is not time to check in to the room.

The room was very nice and well-equipped. The location is also very strategic, close to KLCC. There's a minimarket and coffee shop in the hotel lobby, and there are many eateries nearby. However, unfortunately, the service from the hotel staff was very lacking. First, I booked a premium suite, which was very nice and spacious. However, the bathroom smelled of urine. I complained, but it wasn't addressed. Second, I was moved to a junior suite because the premium suites were full. However, the tap water in the room wouldn't work. I complained several times, but it wasn't addressed. In the end, I had to buy drinking water outside every day. I hope the hotel staff can be friendlier and better.

The apartment is close if you want to go to KLCC, just take a Grab for 5 minutes to get there, if you walk it's also quite good for those who bring small children and elderly people. The apartment is clean and fragrant, the facilities are complete. But if you want to take the elevator you have to queue. So far so good.

Scarletz Hotel is perfect for travelers looking for a modern, clean, and affordable stay in the city center. It's perfect for vacations, business, or staycations. It will definitely be my choice again when I return to Kuala Lumpur.
