Wisma Idola Palopo, no longer collaborates with OYO. When I got there, I was REFUSED to check in even though I had already made payment. And also I can't make a refund. Thank you 🙏. Very disappointing, and not recommended.

Don't stay here again, the price is different on the application and at the reception. What was previously booked for 2 nights, ended up being last night. The original room was dirty, lots of spider webs, the mattress was damaged and had lots of bed bugs so I slept all night because of itching, the door lock was broken, the room was damp, the parking lot had a roof. I really regret staying here.

Sudah bayar diaplikasi disruh untuk bayar lagi. Receptions nya gaptek. Nyesell pesan di sini. Dan untuk pihak traveloka tolong untuk dihapus dari aplikasi nya karena sudah tidak sesuai prosedur.

How come you've paid but the hotel refuses to let you stay?

This hotel is no longer working with travel agents. Applications please upgrade hotels/guesthouses that are no longer working together so there are no more pranks.

It's very sad that there are still lodgings that eat guest money through the application.
