Good place, clean with laundry

The room was clean. It had everything one could need. Very convenient.

The location is convenient and easily accessible to tourist attractions.

Good hotel, room is small but functional and clean. Location is great next to a lot of coffee shops and local restaurants. Only things I think the hotel needs to add to the room are curtains for the balcony door and the bath. It's nice to have a tub, but it would be helpful to have bath curtains so the water won't splash everywhere. Same with the door to the balcony, add more privacy, especially when it is next to the bathroom. Feels like they can see me all the time when I got out of the bathroom.

The room smelled strongly of bleach and disinfectant from the bed sheets, pillows, and mattress. I had sinusitis and was very tired after staying there.

I stayed here for 3 nights, the room was clean, fully equipped (there was a convenient washer and dryer for short-term guests like me, a microwave, a rice cooker and other necessary items), I interacted with the receptionists Hoang Anh, Liem and Viet. What they have in common is that they spoke politely, gently, and were always willing to introduce me to places to visit in Hanoi very enthusiastically, making me feel comfortable and friendly like at home. I would like to thank Moonlight in general and the 3 receptionists Hoang Anh, Liem and Viet in particular.

Everything is fine, the room is 25m2 but fully equipped like an apartment, clean, just a pity the room has a window overlooking the skylight, staying inside the house you don't know how sunny or rainy it is outside

Alice is very friendly and helpful. Alice gives suggestions where to go in Old Quarter and gives helpful information to be watchful anytime about the prices when visiting the places. She tries her best to speak English and we could dialogue well. It was a wonderful experience.

My family of 5 stayed here for 3 days. The new apartment has 2 bedrooms, fully furnished with 3 air conditioners, 1 washing machine, 1 TV, induction cooker, clean dishes... The receptionists Liem, Hoang Anh, Viet supported my family a lot, from enjoying local dishes very close to Moonlight Tay Ho to famous tourist attractions in Hanoi such as Tran Quoc Pagoda, Tay Ho Palace... My family will definitely come back here when we have the opportunity to visit Hanoi.

The hotel is in a great location. Next to West Lake, the staff are very nice. If I return to Hanoi, I will still stay here.

The facility itself was great, but it is in a corner of the city that is tricky to get to unless on foot. Taxis charged twice as much to take us all the way to the door, so we walked in the rain a lot instead.
