The hotel is located in an alley so it's not too noisy, they serve instant noodles and soft drinks for free, reasonable price

The room is clean, the TV has myTV that can be watched unlike other places. Free minibar. All furniture is new and clean. The only inconvenience is that the bathroom has glass walls and the curtain is pulled outside the bathroom. It's okay for couples, but it's a bit awkward for 2 people on a business trip.

Convenient location, near the center. The staff is quite enthusiastic, I have stayed here 4 times, mainly because of the convenience. The room is spacious. Soundproofing is a bit poor, overall okay

I booked a hotel on the app then I canceled but the hotel did not allow cancellation.

Staff quiet helpful, the room is clean, but the access to the hotel is small alley so most of the time the grab driver wont come in. 6km from city center, but quiet love the environment.

An unsatisfactory experience. The wifi in the room was very weak, and I was charged an additional 30,000 VND for checking out 30 minutes late because I was waiting for the car to pick me up. Not because of the money, but because I didn't receive a reminder from the receptionist. I've stayed in many cheaper hotels, but this is the first time I've had such a problem.

Could not check in, let the hotel know via Traveloka in adavance, because of visa issue, but the hotel did not allow to refund or respond. No contact was available, if available please let me know.

Old room, dark, towels torn

1. The reception staff were unprofessional, unhelpful and unfriendly. I arrived early and wanted to check in early and pay the fee, I didn't get a greeting and they were just focused on playing games. 2. The room smelled damp and had cockroaches. 3. The room had no windows so it was stuffy. 4. The dryer didn't work well.

When I come to Binh Duong, I will definitely come back here to stay. The room is super nice. The staff is friendly. Overall, I am super satisfied.

The hotel has many locations. When I arrived at the correct address on the booking, the receptionist told me that she was wrong. She booked location 2, and then instructed me to carry my luggage to location 2, which was an alley away. I found it inconvenient, so why not leave the correct address instead of this location and then lead the guest to another location. The room was clean and comfortable, there was no refrigerator, and the toilet made me satisfied because it was clean and bright. The male receptionist was not friendly. When I asked for mineral water, he told the guest to go down to the counter to get it.

Phòng sạch sẽ. Đẹp. Trang thiết bị khá tốt so với nhiều khách sạn khác cùng phân khúc. Chỉ hơi đáng tiếc là cậu nhân viên đeo kính làm ca đêm. 2 lần tôi check in đều cảm thấy rất bực mình. Cậu ta ngồi chơi game và không thèm để ý khách đang kéo vali nặng đi vào. Vào đến tơi cậu ta vẫn ngồi im chơi game và hỏi : gì đấy anh ? Khi tôi nói là tôi check in. Cậu ta hỏi tên và đưa chìa khoá phòng bằng 1 tay với thư thế đang ngồi chơi game. Tôi tự hỏi : what the fuck ? Khách sạn nên xác minh và cải thiện vấn đề đó.
