Kapok sih sama agen apartment ini, jelas tidak akan balik lagi, pelayanannya buruk sekali, sudah booking dan bayar lalu chat admin lewat WA untuk check in malah dibilang penuh dan suruh pindah ke apartment lain yang sangat jauh, saya chat minta solusi malah seperti tidak peduli, balesnya lama sekali, ditelepon tidak berani diangkat, minimal diangkat dan berikan penjelasan yang baik dan benar, lalu sama sama cari solusi bukan malah diam saja, begitu dilaporin ke CS agen online baru ada respon positive, masa harus seperti itu dulu baru ada respon cepat dan mau tanggung jawab. Begitu sampai room kecewa sekali, serba tidak lengkap, sampah dan sprei kotor diletakkan di balkon, kartu akses pun tidak diberikan. Sangat tidak professional sekali.

Kalo mau ongkosin pulang pergi gak apa-apa deh. Saran jangan pesen di sini, saya review jujur, gak di buat buat

Susah dihubungi, rugi waktu dari check in 2 jam, tidak ada tempat sampah, ukuran kasur tidak queen, AC kurang dingin, handuk dan sikat gigi cuma 1. Pokonya bad!
