Not suitable for families, staff is slow to respond

I stayed at this place because it was close to the location I was going to & read reviews from people who said it was good. In my opinion, advantages +In my opinion, security is tight so it is definitely safe. While for the room and facilities it is very far. +quite complete facilities: refrigerator, TV, plates, glasses, portable stove, pan +good and cold AC disadvantages: - the bed is no longer suitable, the springs seem to be loose. - sheets & blankets that look old and unsuitable. - dust on the TV shelf and windows - the walls of the room are no longer good. - room chairs with rotten fabric. - only 1 plug. - no wifi

It's comfortable and has a strategic location, close to places to eat, tourist attractions, and public transportation.

the room is basic, the water in the toilet is not on, there are cigarette butts in the toilet, there is no key to the balcony exit door, when I entered the TV was on (I was surprised, it seemed like the room had just been used by someone else), the door to the garden was locked, I couldn't swim (maybe the swimming pool is not a facility)
