We discovered that the hotel donates its profits to charity, which is a genuinely admirable initiative and reflects very positively on the investors. That said, based on the facilities, the overall condition of the property, and the level of maintenance required throughout, I would not consider it a 5-star hotel. The staff, however, are very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, which certainly adds to the experience. The suite with a balcony is also spacious and comfortable, although it is worth noting that the windows are oblò rather than conventional full-sized windows.

Hotel food variety has been increased, outdoor activities have been increased.

The atmosphere is comfortable, truly a healing experience. The pool is clean, and breakfast is a choice of menus and delivered to your table. You can enjoy the sunset right from the pool. I'll definitely be returning to this hotel next time I go on holiday.

Unique ship-shaped hotel, really fun.

When we first entered, there was no waiter who asked for our needs, and for the room when we stayed on Friday, it was likely that there were only a few guests so the lights were not turned on so when we walked up the stairs from the 1st floor to the 3rd floor it was pitch black only the stairs were opened, then breakfast opened at 7.03 there were 4 kinds of food and each guest was only given a choice of one, there were only 2 kinds of cakes and 3 kinds of fruit choices, there were 4 kinds of drinks, 1 kind of soup and a little bread, it felt like staying in a guesthouse so it was less premium, for the toilet in the restaurant it was mandatory to turn off the lights after use 🙏

For the location is quite good and the view is ok and for the staff there are some who are friendly and some are not, for breakfast there are only 4 menus and only one meal can be chosen per person, it feels like we are eating and when I was there it was not yet 7 am, breakfast was not available either, it had to be past 7.03 am before it was available, for the toilet the restaurant is required to close and open the lights after use and when we stayed on Friday some of the lights were closed and not opened inside the hotel, so it was pitch black, only the area of the room we were staying in was brighter, and there was a lack of trash cans in the open area. Hopefully the management can be improved in the future so that it is better, thank you.

My family and I stayed here for two nights. It was very memorable. The atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing. Hopefully, we can return to Bintan and stay here again next time.

One of my wishlist items... The staff is friendly, and the CI/CO staff were warmly welcomed. There's a hotel tour showing the history of the ship from its construction to its eventual conversion into a hotel. The rooms are unique, with spacious bathrooms. The amenities are complete. The location is private, the view is excellent, making it truly comfortable and peaceful. The breakfast menu doesn't have many options for a restaurant of its class, but the taste is okay. Overall, it's fun, the kids are happy. Of course, you get what you pay for.

A recommended hotel offering a sailing experience and an understanding of the maritime world, including the history of ships, and the creation of a very comfortable hotel. The staff are very friendly, giving us a rating of over 100. Thank you for being part of our family's experience.

Staying here feels like being on a real ship. The views are beautiful. Unfortunately, the food isn't that great.

Vacationing with the kids. The hotel with the sunset view is excellent. The rooms are also beautiful, exotic, and feel like they're on a cruise ship. You can enjoy afternoon coffee by the pool or on the balcony while enjoying the view of the ocean, birds, and fishermen's pompong boats. The view is beautiful in the morning, afternoon, and evening. The pool staff, Bang Ade, originally from Batu Bedaun Dabo Singkep, was very polite and friendly. Thank you. The best of the best. God willing, I'll come back here again on vacation.

At least once in your life you have to stay here, we will be taken on a tour around the ship and told the history of the ship's construction until it was transformed into a hotel. The best service is very friendly, the rooms are clean, cool, comfortable, the view is no need to ask again, all sides are beautiful, wherever you want to hang out, it's cool, peaceful, the food is a bit pricey but worth it because it's delicious, the pool view is the best, especially at sunset. The owner is very friendly, how can his fortune not flow continuously, he greets all guests without discrimination. Cool.

It's a great hotel inside a cruise ship. The floor is tilted, so be careful not to slip. Very clean. The meal is delicious, but it's too expensive for locals. Great service and great photo spots. I really recommend coming here at least once.

The view from the hotel is amazing. The staff were super helpful and nice. It's located in the farthest area of the island, so it gives you the nicest view of the sea. Also, it has an infinity pool facing the sea. The meals were so-so and kinda expensive. Because it was located in Bintan Resorts area, it's kinda hard to find a convenience store nearby. Anyway, it is really worth it to spend your time here!
