Traveling with 4 people, booked a room for 5 people for comfort. The wall was peeling and the faucet was broken, so I had to ask the receptionist to fix it. When I got home at night, the old air conditioner was broken and leaking water. There were cockroaches in the room, the toilet was normal, the staff attitude was ok but the room quality was bad.

Pictures and reality are worlds apart. Horrible experience, even though staying 1 night costs more than 700k/room for 4 people, the room is old, moldy, indescribably smelly, and the electricity is dim and yellow, not bright. From the toilet to the bedroom, the cabinets are damaged and dirty like they haven't been cleaned for a long time, and the faucet is broken and leaking water, I don't dare use any towels here! I've been on a western tour and have never seen a hotel with such bad rooms! The pictures on the website are beautiful and bright, but in reality the hotel is not as good as a corner, not to mention in an alley that takes forever to get to, which is unacceptable! So horrible and so disrespectful to customers!!!! The hotel posted false pictures and scammed customers!!!

Phòng khá cũ, không như hình cung cấp Dịch vụ trong phòng cũng không ổn (dù với tầm giá của khách sạn 2 sao thì mình không trông đợi nhiều) nhưng với tiện ích tối thiểu như nước suối để trong phòng cũng không có, phải gọi lễ tân mới mang lên Đặc biệt nhà vệ sinh rất hôi, mùi từ cống bốc lên không thể chịu được

Phòng không thể tệ hơn, máy lạnh không lạnh, mùi hôi từ phòng tắm( ở cống ) rất hôi, đèn phòng tắm cũ nên rất tối. Tôi không bao giờ quay lại nơi này

I think I never recommend Ruby Hotel Ca Mau to all because this is the bad hotel that I have ever known. It's unprofessional service, unclean, and not enough water for taking a bath. It's quite terrible!
