The room and service were very good, but for the facilities I found there was a water leak in the water heater which was quite disturbing when my family and I were sleeping, but the apartment provided a solution, overall it was okay.

It was nice to stay with pollux, good ambience, neat and clean.

The check-in and check-out process was quick and easy. WhatsApp admin staff were not only prompt in their responses but also incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to assist with any inquiries or requests. While the room was comfortable, I did encounter an issue with the lighting in the bathroom being dim. However, the maintenance team quickly addressed the problem and resolved it efficiently. Suitable choice for short visits or stopovers

Overall sangat bagus dan recommended. Tapi mungkin wastafel kamar mandi nya pada saat kita menginap sedang rusak (belum diperbaiki) jadi hanya bisa menggunakan wastafel luar. So far okelah. Thanks.
