So far so good, and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Great place to stay. Its easy to access and look for when we come for the first time. The place is confy to stay. Great location as its near to mtr station, bus station, restaurants, shops and everythings. We’ll come back to this hotel when we come back to hong kong next time.

if u can carry your luggage up to this staircase then consider this budget motel. also prepare HKD 300 CASH deposit required.

The receptionist was friendly, the distance was close to the Jordan MTR and the bus stop at Prudential, the hotel room was quite big for the price and clean, the only problem was that to enter the hotel you had to climb quite a lot of stairs and the elevator was a bit uncomfortable (but still okay).

It is close to everywhere and close to bus and station access, it's really convenient.

Booked a big room for a family. Got a 3.5 foot bed. The system is very bad. Damn. Luckily the accommodation changed it for me. I had to pay more. Very bad. Traveloka.

No elevator to the first floor, the elevator to the room is very old and scary. The room is not clean. The bed is dirty. The bathroom doesn't have amenities, only a towel. Very bad hotel, not recommended.

The hotel is in a good location, easy to travel, easy to go to and from the airport, the bus stop is in front of the hotel.

if you don't mind to lift up your luggage into second floor, this hotel is worth it, clean and strategic place to downtown. the problem is the elevator lift is not smooth, lil bit scared to down fall, and yes their have $300 deposit and tax but I forget the numbers, so make sure the hidden cost above. overall this hotel is recommended for budget persons, receptionist is Indonesian Javanese very helpful

service was excellent! the hotel is very close to the mtr and bus stations, also close to the avenue of stars, close to a busy main road, the staff are friendly and super helpful, the only drawback is having to lift your suitcase to the receptionist because there is no elevator. If you get a flight home early in the morning, just stay at this hotel, because the bus station is right in front of the hotel and is open 24 hours. Overall it's comfortable and really okay to stay here! if I go to hkg I will definitely stay here again

The location is very strategic, around the hotel there are many places to eat, if you want to go to the avenue of stars you can just walk because it's close. The elevator is quite surprising when used. But it's still safe.. Must take the stairs (no other way) to get to the hotel reception (hotel lobby) / to the elevator to go to the hotel room. Overall, staying here is pleasant and the location is very strategic. Save money because many locations can be reached just by walking.
