Lovely hotel. Stayed there in 2023. Didn't have their breakfast. In the evening sat in small garden area to rear with our own food snd drink. Short walk from the opera house area. Staff very helpful. Room clean and nicely furnished. Ensuite good with a rain shower head. We arrived on a Saturday night so could park on the road close to the hotel for free all day Sunday. Just topped it up on Monday for short time. Other parking available at nearby post office.car park.

Clean and well-equipped, good hot shower, plenty of variety on the breakfast menu. Excellent central location for exploring Vichy.

Nice little hotel in little town. I had an efficiency room which was mostly clean -- except for a few cobwebs on the ceiling. A/C worked really well, which was great since it was hot outside. There is no elevator.

Very clean hotel. Nicely located in central Vichy with close access to all the main streets and restaurants/bars. Just be aware there is no lift for those who have difficulties with stairs. Staff friendly and helpful too.

It was a great quaint hotel option

Used as a stop over going down to the South of France. Nice little hotel with great service and very comfortable room. I guess it may have been my fault but I thought it had parking, the parking was in a secure municipal car park that was locked at night a short distance away. Secondly again my failure there is no lift.

Used the underground car park near the hotel, very cheap but a bit tight with a big car. Found the hotel easily, great location to go out for a meal, breakfast etc. We got a triple room, really large, very clean, couldnt fault it.

Parking at L’Post not far away. Loading and unloading outside of hotel no problem in the quiet street. English spoken. Desk staff excellent service. Good breakfast. Room had good facilities but a little on the small side. The tea and coffee was not replenished each day..

The room was lacking in pillows but other than that all good.the town is very interesting with amazing buildings

Quiet street near the center of everything in Vichy. AC was great; good brfast( bed - room comfortable; shower terrific!

The only disappointing was not being able to connect to the internet. We believe people want to be able to have an internet connection especially while traveling. Second, there was no liquid soap in the bathroom container. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The location was perfect.

The staff at reception were lovely and the guy on reception when we arrived was very polite and offered excellent restaurant recommendations. The room was fantastic, bright and airy, with a balony. The shower was heavenly!

It’s a basic, central, clean place. Not much more to be said. Good value breakfast. Affordable parking nearby. Unreliable WiFi.

The pleasure of my stay was greatly enhanced by the graciousness of the proprietress who was most amiable and helpful. The breakfasts were ample and the breakfast room bright and cheerful with a television in one corner which did not dominate but helped a single guest, like me, feel comfortable. I arrived late my first night and telephoned ahead and the proprietress arranged everything beautifully.

Excellent stay at Hotel de Biarritz. Hosts were friendly and informative even making a call to the Hippodrome to confirm transport arrangements. Hotel is well situated to visit all main areas of Vichy and is approx 10 mins walk from railway station. Breakfast is traditional continental, very fresh and served in nice room. Given the temperature in Vichy was 35c, air conditioning would have been a benefit, though the hosts did provide a fan. Would recommend the hotel and would certainly stay again if in Vichy.

Met by the very pleasant and helpful owners, with instructions as to how to reach the secure underground carpark, which by foot was only 100m or so from the front door. Parking overnight only cost 3 Euros. The bedroom was clean and functional. The bathroom a little tired but clean. The lounge and breakfast area was ecellent and the breakfast itself very good. I would certainly stay here again.
