Clean room

Bed sheets very dirty, no wifi, no intimacy, loud music playing early in the morning, room very dirty, no room service during my 3 night stay. I arrived late to this place and had to wait outside for one hour since no one was answering the door nor the phone despite me letting them in advance that I will check-in late.

Everything was very good

Felt very safe! Great environment and beautiful set up. The staff was extra friendly and went out of their way to help with any questions I had. Wish I would have stayed longer.

Service was great, place was nice and clean.

The hotel is basically a hostel , the best part was the place is ultra quiet but the only bad thing was no hot water, not much outside to walk around and see anything, but it was ok for the price

mix between hostel and hotel. bathrooms upstairs, Showers downstairs. Quiet hours are respected during weekdays. (Didn’t stay on weekend)

Clean/wonderful service

Definitely not what I expected. There’s a share in bathroom and shower area. The water was always cold and I could never get a decent shower. The people were nice enough. It was just different.

Rating: 3 out of 10 — and that’s generous. Only one staff member showed any attentiveness on day one. After that, the stay quickly deteriorated — we discovered bedbugs in the studio. When we requested cleaning and fresh bedding, we were told it would take 8 to 15 days. Seriously? We tried to relocate, but everything nearby was fully booked. This place urgently needs to revise its hygiene protocols. Bedding and towels were not changed throughout the week. An exterminator is absolutely necessary, and smoking in the garage should be prohibited — the fumes seep through window cracks into the living space. To make matters worse, the female staff were consistently rude and dismissive. Hospitality should never feel hostile. This experience was unacceptable, and I strongly recommend operational changes before anyone else is subjected to the same conditions.
