Amazing property overall. We did have an issue with plumbing in one of the bathrooms but the accommodations were outstanding otherwise. Very reasonably priced for a true 5 star experience.

This was a superlative experience. The hotel is like a 6 star luxury resort at the price of a 3 start hotel. The food and the service are off the charts good. This is, by a wide margin, the best bang for buck holiday we had in the ME.

I noticed when you entered the Hotel, staff were so attentive and made you feel comfortable, Ayoub extended his way in helping us best possible way … Ria, Jay, Mariancen were so accomodating and were there to help us with our needs … actually all the staff were so helpful … Without a doubt if given a chance to come back to Doha, we will definitely book in this Hotel

Amazing amazing product! The property is beautiful, felt like going back in time! Pristine conditions, amazing staff and service, clean, neat, glowing and wonderful! Would highly recommend if you want to feel like you are part of a glamorous past with the pleasures of current future!

Worst hotel experience ever!!! They do not have a clue as to what 5 star service requires. Got locked out of my room and missed important meetings. Hotel management was arrogant and no compensation was given - other than a complimentary night “next time”. Well, there won’t be a next time for me in this hotel!

If you're not afraid of fire alarms (which the staff ignores after you've twice carried a sick child down 7 floors via the emergency exit stairs), or you can't completely relax because of small incidents on a regular basis ((baggage that takes time to get to the room, missing food you ordered and paid for. Cutlery etc. missing. They book a taxi to the wrong hospital even though it clearly states the correct address, room service that doesn't answer when it runs out of water, not cleaned, doesn't pick up the food cart, toilet paper out, forgot to book your taxi to the flight, the hotel is fine. However, they need to work on their internal routines! Surprised no minimum compensation was offered at all by Hilton LXR. Pool area with staff outstanding!! Not worth over 1500 QAT/night for regular room because of this.
