New hotel, nice food at 5F, good spa and massage service, with huge gym room, but the so called luke warm water in the pool was cold.

This hotel is very new, so all the amenities are new of course. The room is very clean, the view over the cargo port was nice. Staff are very friendly. They don’t provide toothbrushes, shavers etc anymore in the room due to the sustainability law in China, but you can ask them for it, they will still provide upon request. The area at Qianhai is also new, very clean and very modern. Very different from other local area of China. It’s supposed to be a newly developed area for business hubs and higher end apartments. The hotel is very close to a nice waterfront, walkable distance, nice cool breeze. There are also quite a few new malls within 10-20 mins walk. Overall I enjoyed my stay here, reasonable price. I would come back again.

一大早就有保洁阿姨敲门问要不要退房，明明买了早餐，去用餐说房间不含早餐，

位置：距地鐵站有一定距離、要坐車 服務：員工不太主動，不似4星酒店服務 房間：以這房價來說有點細、性價比不高

酒店是很好的，但早餐的自助餐比昆明稍遜，因為曾經在昆明住過，主要沒有生滾粥，很失望。

Jen is a very new hotel and the environment was young and fresh compared with other hotels in Shenzhen. It’s convenient to go to the shopping malls around

It's modern and cozy hotel. Very clean and comfortable one for me. However there was no convenience store or super market.

位置便利，鄰近大型商場，餐飲配套齊備，酒店餐廳環境、食物也滿意，唯獨房間隔音未如理想，但仍值得推薦！

泳池好靚，很近海邊公園，可看到好靚的前海落日景觀。
