Great spot for exploring Bordeaux. The room was lovely and the service great from start to finish. Delicious breakfast too. Would definitely stay again.

FirstName was surprisingly a very cute and fun hotel. I loved the pet friendly atmosphere and the way that the hotel focuses on being eco-friendly. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and well kept. The hotel is within minutes from the main downtown area.

The decor of the public areas and room may not suit all tastes. A bit busy and garish to our taste, but everything functions fine. The immediate area, while safe, is exceedingly ugly. The immediate area is opposite a large shopping mall, which we had no interest in. A few blocks away, the area gets interesting with shops and restaurants. The hotel is convenient to many sites via the tram and buses. Checkout was weird. They charge you in advance and then charge you again when you leave. They said the initial charge would be blocked and everything will work out okay. I hope it will when I see my credit card statement.

Very nice modern rooms. Clean facilities and helpful staff. Steps away from the city centre (10 min walk). Tram stop right outside that takes you to the airport.

Modern hotel with great rooms and amazing staff

Lovely hotel - super friendly staff who all spoke brilliant English, good underground parking (big bays) and large clean rooms. Highly recommend.

Great hotel! Would really recommend!

We had travelled to Bordeaux to attend a sporting event. The hotel was excellent in every way and ideally situated for tourism as the tram stop was just outside the hotel.

Lots of building work going on early in the morning right outside window but hotel was great and very central

Nice hotel

A great location, fun decor, friendly staff and comfortable beds and nicely designed rooms! This is a hotel that Americans might appreciate because of the services, amenities and larger room sizes. We live in Paris and went for a weekend trip with our little dog in tow, and it was a perfect spot!

Stayed for a week in late December…great hotel and location in the city.

Very nice place to stay. Great location. Walkable distance from the Center. Great service. Beautiful rooms. I will definitely come back. Oliver and Angelica were awesome with me and my family.
