We have stayed at this hotel mid April 2026. We initially booked a king suite. The check in was quick but when we got into the room we noticed the bathroom was not properly cleaned... We found hair strands in the sink and even a cigarette but on the floor... We complained and they moved us right away to a family suite room on the same floor. This room was clean and bigger than the room we booked. The breakfast is great, with everything that you may think of. The coffee station was also nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located near the Arab league park, Mohammed V Square and Sacre Coeur church. The street and neighbourhood though were a bit sketchy with a lot of beggars and quite a big of street garbage... But we never felt unsafe. One downside of the hotel was that there was a smell of food coming from the hallways into the too every morning. The water was turned of completely two times during our stay for several hours. The elevator was quite old and small so sometimes we needed to wait a bit to get it. All in all, I would say that One Hotel Casablanca is a decent hotel, good value for the money. I would say that they need to be more attentive with the way the rooms are cleaned.

the hotel location is in bed and dirty area we couldn’t sleep from the street fights it says in the website it’s 5 star hotel it’s not even 1 star plus the room was full of ants they were crawling on the bed don’t believe the picture of the hotel in the website i got scammed i don’t recommend it at all i didn’t enjoy my vacation and i was happy to leave

Cold breakfast. The hotel room bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. There was already a towel on the floor. No shampoo or conditioner. Overall would not recommend.

Liked nothing - Buffet was terrible and stale and cold Room was Dirty with ants everywhere and on bed. Asked to change room And they said no because they were full. Shower leaked into the room

Had to change rooms twice. Shower leaking water in both rooms all over. Never got my room with balcony that I paid for.

We stayed two nights. Good stuff, very quick checking in and out. Little outdated bathroom, but everything is in working condition. Solid four stars.

The good: The service was excellent. The staff all went above and beyond. Our balcony was really nice. Breakfast has a nice variety and yummy juice. The bad: There is hardly any parking. We rented a Fiat and were only able to get parking because our car is so small. There are only 3-4 parking spaces out front, otherwise you have to try to find street parking on the busy street. The hotel itself feels a little worn. The bed was harder than any mattress I've ever used. It felt like sleeping on the floor. There are no blankets provided, only one single flat sheet. We were cold. The shower leaked. The street noise at night was awful and made sleeping difficult.

BED BUGS!!! We checked into the room and first noticed there was garbage still on the floor so it wasnt properly cleaned. We went out for the day and asked them to clean the room. Came pack a few hours later and room was never cleaned and we lifted the sheets and there DOZENS of bed rugs laying around. They offered us a other room and when they took us up the room obviously hasnt been cleaned as all the trash cans were still full of the prvious guests trash. At that point we didnt feel comfortable staying there and went to another hotel. They refuse to refund and were not gelpdul at all so definitely beware.

Lurelle, At hotel1 Casablanca has agreed to a full refund due to rooms 215 with broken toilet, shower, broken AC. Replacement room 101 had broken bed . Compensation massage given but no therapist working today . Poor service and broken promises
