Beautiful property and amazing staff.

Very nice hotel located in the old city center where there is a restaurant about every half blocks and endless sites to see. The staff was knowledgable and could not have been more helpful. Unfortunately, I was there for only two nights but I would love to spend more time in the city and I would certainly choose this hotel again.

I booked this hotel in Queretaro for one night so I would be closer to the airport as I was in San Miguel De Allende for a wedding. It was such a cute property and had a great location. The room was spacious and so was the shower! The staff was super helpful and gave me recommendations for places to go have some local eats. They also booked a taxi for my 5am flight the next day, who was waiting in the lobby for me at the time I gave them. Overall this is a great place and I would totally stay here again!

This is a lovely property. The façade is centuries old, but the interior is very new. Our rooms were modern large and very comfortable. The included breakfast was excellent. Overall staff were very helpful and friendly.

Stayed in Room 11. Bed was very comfortable, room was large with very stylish decor. Issues, no hot water (checked night of check and next morning). TV connections constantly switched to HDMI error. I have had much better experiences at nearby hotels.

Very nice hotel we stayed in the basement I thought it will be little claustrophobic but was very quiet. The breakfast included not many options and not very good. The staff very nice and helpful when needed tech help was sent immediately.

Clean rooms although it had a funky smell of sewer at times, but tolerable. Front desk could be more welcoming and better information.

The room was kept very clean. The staff was very nice. The shower was great. The bed is more comfortable than most beds I've slept on in Mexico, as they are generally very firm. There is a nice roof deck. Only disadvantage, which is common in Mexico, is that windows face another room across an opening that allows for fresh air. Window are openable and the heating/cooling system works well. I'd stay there again. Great for a city hotel.
