I checked in super late and was warmly greeted by Tyler. Upon arrival, we noticed the room lacked a mini fridge, so I called the front desk to inquire about one. Tyler informed us that there were no mini fridges available, but he encouraged us to check back in the morning for possible options to move to a different room. True to his word, the front desk assisted us in relocating to a bigger room with a mini fridge. This was our first visit to Atlanta, and we were truly inspired by the outstanding customer service we received. A heartfelt thank you to Tyler and Mike for making our trip enjoyable and memorable!
