Property was clean, the staff by far is the quality of the hotel(except for one young man that was just a little extra and had a sour face) the breakfast was good loved the fact they had fruit I would suggest chocolate milk for kiddos. Parking despite the fact that it wasn’t on the same building I LOVED that it was locked. I booked the family room unfortunately it was on their 3rd floor and it has no elevator. Another downside is the lack of a mini fridge to keep water cold. I appreciate the building being so close to the downtown area!

Overall the hotel was very clean, stuff was very helpful, friendly and very nice. Breakfast was great and fresh. Parking lot available if you have a car.

Great location and friendly staff. Very affordable and parking is just right across the street. Portions in the included breakfast are small and we ended up going to a restaurant.

The location is great,right in the historique center of Merida. There is a parking included in front of the hotel and it is very convenient. The staff is 5 stars and very nice. It is an historique building and very nice looking but few issues for this reason. the rooms are non insonorised and you can hear the people on others rooms or in the pool patio , especially if your room is on the main floor. the matresses are super hard and it can be an issue for some people. The batroom are ok but could be more clean. The breafast is complementary are very basic but enought for europeen style.

This hotel is a lovely property very close to the center of Merida.

Room was clean although not much for dishes in suite only 1 coffee cup. Thanks to Front desk staff especially Gia she was amazing so helpful with assisting us on bus and train information as well as anything we needed at the hotel.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff (Gia) was so sweet and friendly and was a great help with suggestions. Also a plus having breakfast included. Would definitely recommend.😊

I stayed at Real Toledo by Kavia and, although the hotel is clean and the staff are polite, my experience was seriously affected by how the hotel handled my accessibility request. I contacted the hotel in advance to request a ground‑floor room because my wife has mobility limitations. The hotel confirmed the note on my reservation, so I expected them to prepare accordingly. When we arrived, we were still assigned a room on an upper floor. This was not a last‑minute request — the hotel had plenty of time to review it and notify me if they could not accommodate it. Because management did not address the issue sooner, I had no opportunity to look for an alternative hotel that could meet my wife’s needs. This created unnecessary stress at check‑in and made our arrival much more difficult than it should have been. I hope the hotel improves how they handle accessibility requests and communicates clearly before guests arrive. I am also asking Expedia Customer Service to investigate why my confirmed accessibility request was not honored, so future travelers with mobility needs do not face the same

Room was a little noisy, and it could be cleaner. We found someone’s medication that was left behind. The sink has a slow drain. The ac dripped condensation water all over the floor. The breakfast was meh. We had a mini flood in that area. That being said, the staff was very kind and friendly, and the location was great.
