La transformación del edificio original en hotel boutique resultó más que adecuada y se realizó con acabados de primera en todas las áreas y una distribución conveniente para las necesidades actuales. Además, su ubicación en la Colonia Nápoles hace que te olvides de utilizar un auto para tu movilidad. Yo quedé satisfecho al cien por ciento.

I would stay there again

Nice clean hotel. Staff was very friendly and spoke English which was great.

Great property in a great neighborhood. It was very clean and quiet. I would definitely stay there again. The only downsides are that the hot tub is not hot and the cold and hot water are difficult to regulate when taking a shower.

The people who work here are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are kept nice and clean. The outdoor area is very nice, although if you are excited about swimming, I don't know that I'd recommend this pool. They were very helpful about holding onto my bags for me the day I checked out so I didn't have to drag them around town on my last day. Would stay here again.

Great place . Met all our needs. Walked to the stadium to watch the soccer game.

Was nice and the pool was nice but the location wasn't great.

Was put in a room directly under the pool and could hear the water sloshing the entire time we where there. Would have lived to move rooms but felt like an inconvenience.

We had an amazing stay, loved the pool, staff were super nice and friendly, room was cleaned daily! We enjoyed breakfast and evening drinks on the rooftop daily. Great location, close to everything you could need and easy to get Ubers around Mexico City. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others! Loved it

Nice hotel boutique. What is terrible is their breakfast. One plate and each additional topic.is an extra. For example if you order an omelet with ham and cheese they will charge you the cheese. Really a miserable breakfast. Better to get the breakfast next door with a higher quality and cheaper

We loved our stay here. It was in a cute and quiet neighborhood and all the staff were friendly and helpful. In our time on the rooftop, no one spoke English but the bar service was really nice. We had a cute patio and there was a fan in the bathroom. Everything was clean and comfortable.

Me encantó este lugar. Los trabajadores me atendieron excelente. La habitación la dejaron siempre muy limpia y organizada. La ubicación es buena y el sector es muy tranquilo y sin ruido. Hay muchas opciones de restaurantes cerca.

Nice oasis in Mexico City. It’s in a safe area, with food and necessities right by. We had an issue with our toilet the first day and the fixed it right away. Very clean, excellent facilities. The pool rooftop is lovely although it gets quite busy as people not staying at the hotel can come to book for the day. Other than that no complaints and would book again!

Alia Inn Boutique was as advertised. Quiet, safe, and continently located in the beautiful Nopales neighborhood. There is security at the door and the location is only 15 minutes away from Coyoacan/San Angel, and Roma/Condesa neighborhoods. I only wish they had snacks/water available onsite.

The staff was excellent at setting up a surprise in the room for my honeymoon! All the staff was super friendly and accommodating, rooms were modern and clean. Hotel located in a quiet safe neighborhood with lots of great dining options close by, and a short cab ride into busier parts of the city. And to top it all of a dope pool and bar on the rooftop when you just need a relaxed night in. Great experience will be back!!

What a hidden gem! The pics don’t do it justice: the rooftop pool and bar were an absolute hit. The rooms were clean and cozy, the shower pressure was great. This hotel is in a great little area of the city with walking access to pharmacies, shops, restaurants, and even a Walmart if needed. Thrilled for the value of the price.

The hotel is nice, but there are a few things future guests should be aware of. The hotel is adults-only, which was not very clearly stated when we booked. I was traveling with my teenage daughter, and although they allowed us to stay, we were not allowed to use the common areas—ironically, the main reason we chose this hotel in the first place. When I raised this concern, the receptionist compared the policy to that of not allowing dogs in the common areas. I found that comparison both inaccurate and offensive—kids are not dogs. Another inconvenience was that access to the parking lot closes after 10 PM. We left the car there and asked for a taxi number. However, instead of giving us the number, the staff insisted they would call a taxi themselves, which wasn’t very practical and left us with little flexibility. The place itself is nice, but these issues made the experience less enjoyable than it could have been. I’d recommend clearer communication around the adults-only policy and more practical options for guests arriving after 10 PM.
