The room was very clean but the whole place smells like bleach and chemicals. It was really irritating for me but my friend that I was traveling with was fine. The staff was very nice.

Clean room with bar fridge. Quiet nights and very central location. Coffee and tea available in a common area and all bottled water provided.

Good central location for a night or two. AC worked great. Mini fridge option was nice to have. Supermarket downstairs is very handy. Good options for tv channels if needed and lots of water and coffee options available for guests. Unfortunately it was quite loud at night. I’m not sure if it was just because it was right after New Year’s, but it went on for awhile. The shower had warm water at best, and some extra blankets would be nice for those who like to sleep with AC but still want to be a bit warmer (might sound weird but I think some people will get it). I was on a room near the edge of the property and wifi was very spotty - but in the middle of the hotel it seemed to work great. Overall decent place - would consider again but for a short stay only.

AC. hot water worked great. i was in room 205, the grounds keeper Gutey was excellent. The Asian lady always did her best to clean the room to the best of her ability. Mrs. Jaime, the owner was very nice and accommodating. However, there is a man name, Mr. John that works at the register downstairs at the store, he was only friendly to certain people. I believe he was also an owner. Some of the local owners mentioned that he was mean, and i agree. I do believe the room could use an upgrade tho. i felt safe and its a nice hotel.

Very nice clean room with AC, fridge, TV, and WI-FI. Comfortable, clean beds. Check-in was a breeze.Very nice and friendly owner. Centrally located and very close to multiple restaurants in prime part of Caye Caulker and within walking distance from ferry. This hotel is a gem and glad we found it. Convenience floor downstairs is also a plus and makes for quick and easy shopping.

Overall the facility and staff was good/great. The only downfall was when we went to order breakfast for them to deliver to the room, they took over an hour because they overlooked our order; plus they went to the wrong room. Their main focus was on a catering event they had. My suggestion is that they need to remember other guests as well

Checking was at a convenience store around the corner and a little confusing to find. Booked a room with 3 beds but wasn't available so they split up our party in 2 rooms. But no extra charge. Small island so everything is walkable

Decent room for the price. If you need a place to lay your head and take shower- this place is it.

Center of town, easy check in, safe

Check in is at their liquor store. They paid more attention to people buying alcohol than to hotel guests. The room view was horrible and the bathroom was disgusting. Not to mention the wifi is poor at best when it does work. It has potential but they need to reinvest.

Good location, walking to distance to everything - which was the main reason I picked this hotel. Also convenient having the store beneath the hotel. Basic rooms, decent size, just a very small window with no view from room. No comforter on beds, just a thin top sheet, so we found it quite chilly at times and had trouble getting the AC right, eventually we did get it sorted. Our room was outside a small common area/kitchen area that was set it up in the hallway. We found it very noisy and were woken up every night/early morning by other people who were very loud coming in and out and gathering in this area. Cleaning staff was also blasting music in the morning. Found it difficult to have a good sleep here. Walls are very thin and you can everything coming from the hallway.

My room was a decent size with a comfy bed. I love that there is a store right below the hotel. You check in to your room at the store below. If you have a few hours after checkout, they will hold your luggage for you while you go explore. There is no elevator. I had some issues with the a/c—it worked but difficult to control the temp, possibly a battery going dead in the remote. Overall a pretty good stay.

I was impressed by both the size and cleanliness of the room. Everything was great. I would recommend.
