Ants were a thing so just be aware & keep room clean, items closed or put away.

It was the perfect location with a store right below. Central location to everything you would want access to.

Good location. Main floor is a grocery store and staff was ok. Stairs only, so be prepared to haul luggage up. The a/c is loud. The bathroom faucet was full of scale except for the handles (from people using it) . I don't know why they don't clean it. The rest of the room appeared ok. Curtains are not blackout.

Check in as at the grocery store downstairs. Ac worked great. Quick 5-10min walk to basically everything in caye caulker. Luggage was carried up for us. Great place for the price.

The rooms are located above a supermarket. Many restaurants within walking distance. The property is located one block back from the main road so a little quieter & less traffic. I stayed here twice. My rooms were clean & spacious. Everything worked okay. The bed had clean sheets & comfortable mattress. Good value given the prices around town.

Great location.Enjoyed our 9 nights stay. The Head Housekeeper is a great Chinese lady. Did not speak English but sign language worked. Very kind and happy lady. Will highly recommend rhis hotel..

It was adequate for a place to stay. The price was right but don’t expect any frills. Contacting management will not happen so don’t expect any reply. Bring a blanket if you need to sleep with one because they only have sheets on the bed. The location was good since it was right above a grocery store, but I don’t really think there’s a “bad” spot to be on the island. Overall, it’s not bad if you’re on a budget, but we likely wont stay there again.

Friendly guy from the supermarket below showed me my room. I was early and it wasn't ready yet but the adorable cleaner did it next. A big, clean room (triple). Good value. The only downside was ither guests who nake nouse late at night coming back ftom wherever.

Room was clean, shower was warm, amenities was excellent, however I had bad sleeping due incredibly noisy AC unit. That AC unit on room 211 has bad bearing on fan and needs to be replaced. That was only one bad issue but mayor. Tourist needs to sleep at night.

The room was very clean but the whole place smells like bleach and chemicals. It was really irritating for me but my friend that I was traveling with was fine. The staff was very nice.

Clean room with bar fridge. Quiet nights and very central location. Coffee and tea available in a common area and all bottled water provided.

Good central location for a night or two. AC worked great. Mini fridge option was nice to have. Supermarket downstairs is very handy. Good options for tv channels if needed and lots of water and coffee options available for guests. Unfortunately it was quite loud at night. I’m not sure if it was just because it was right after New Year’s, but it went on for awhile. The shower had warm water at best, and some extra blankets would be nice for those who like to sleep with AC but still want to be a bit warmer (might sound weird but I think some people will get it). I was on a room near the edge of the property and wifi was very spotty - but in the middle of the hotel it seemed to work great. Overall decent place - would consider again but for a short stay only.

AC. hot water worked great. i was in room 205, the grounds keeper Gutey was excellent. The Asian lady always did her best to clean the room to the best of her ability. Mrs. Jaime, the owner was very nice and accommodating. However, there is a man name, Mr. John that works at the register downstairs at the store, he was only friendly to certain people. I believe he was also an owner. Some of the local owners mentioned that he was mean, and i agree. I do believe the room could use an upgrade tho. i felt safe and its a nice hotel.

Easy check in, good price and facilities for the price, needs new bathroom sink taps and cleaning could be improved but nice for the price
