Friendly staff, good clean room, good breakfast, great to have others meals available there as well.

This property was located close to the airport, were I needed to be by. The staff was wonderful and helpful thru out my stay. Angelina helped with showing me places to visit and how and where to park. Thank you.

Angelina was very helpful and attentive to our needs. She even suggested good restaurant to eat. Awesome! Overall nice experience

The Hotel was very clean and the Staff was very friendly. The only down side was not having a fridge available in the room but overall was a pleasant stay.

They lie!!! From the airport to the hotel, it is 15 to 20 minutes driving, and I also pay for the hotel-airport shuttle and I do not arrive on time and only pass through the hotel and do not stop. That was very unpleasant.

The hotel is conveniently located to the airport but there isn’t much right around the hotel with regard to restaurants or stores. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. There is plenty of free parking on the street right in front of the hotel so no need to pay for parking.

The staff were lovely and this has been consistent with my stays in a Holiday Inn Express in the UK. The shuttle bus is only available at particular times. We didn’t understand this upon our arrival and stood for an hour like utter lemons then got charged €30 to get to the hotel. I didn’t like the vending machine. It was awkward to use though the sandwich was very welcome. I would have preferred to use the stairs rather than the lift but they seemed to be alarmed. The dining room staff were overwhelmed and quite a bit inattentive in the evenings especially at weekends but were excellent in the morning. Even when the coffee machine broke down a couple of times. Overall apart from a couple of niggles it was an excellent hotel. Very clean and excellently serviced. Sadly it was not located well for us and we worried frequently about travelling over our bus stop. The bridge over the motorway was also a bit of a nightmare in the heat and for anybody with vertigo. If it could have been placed closer to Madrid centre I think it would have suited us better.

They overcharge and not organized. The tables will stay all night without anyone cleaning them

Well maintained property. Not as close to the airport as I thought, nonetheless it was good value for the price paid.

Shuttle bus to the airport for 5€/person. No breakfast because of our early flight. Coffee was available but surprisingly tea could not be had in the dining room.

From check in with Manu who was an absolute angel at 00.30am, this was a fabulous stay. Room was huge with relaxing colours and lighting, pool was great, breakfast very good! Lovely weekend getaway

Nice clean and comfortable room. Good location near the airport. Really liked the on-site restaurant and buffet. Breakfast was very good. Staff friendly and helpful.

Staff were friendly and helpful and very professional. The room was clean but the bathroom toilet was dirty. We reported this to the staff who had it cleaned and apologized.

New hotel with nice amenities. Breakfast was a great feature. Staff not helpful. Airport shuttle available for a fee, although not affiliated with the hotel. No decent restaurants within walking distance.

The facility is very close to the airport but you have to drive to the city. The place was very clean and nice. Staff was very nice. They have complementary breakfast and lunch options for a certain price if you don't want to drive into the city or try to find a place to eat.
