Friendly staff. My suitcase lock was broken and helped to be opened by the receptionist and 2 other people. It's just a shame I can't stand the cold. My room's AC is a central AC so it can't be adjusted. Every morning there is coffee and milk tea. There is food but for Muslims, don't try it. It is feared that there are elements of food that may be forbidden for Muslims. Coffee and milk tea are really okay...
