From arrival to checkout the place was amazing. Great staff, beautiful clean rooms and amenities. Coffee and snacks at the cafe were great. This hotel is situated in a great spot close to transit and within walking distance of various attractions. I’d recommend staying as we would certainly return. Thank you Social Hub!!

Fantastic stay. All staff were really helpful - bedroom was spacious, clean and very good air conditioning! The rooftop pool was lovely and the lounge area was really inviting and sociable. Brilliant place to stay - thoroughly recommend!

Had an absolutely amazing time at the Social Hub. Very new wave style hotel, restaurant with star Andres as well as the brunch with David were fantastic and worth every cent! Food was outstanding and personalities matched and represented the brand very well- great hires, hang on to David and Andres, they are stars! Rooms were beautiful and had killer patios, pool area was beautiful. Great location for all of Madrid, especially the La Latina neighbourhood (recommendation from the coffee barista- thank you!) Would definitely recommend, well worth it.

The room was clean and comfortable. Our room 7304 had two balconies that over looked the park and faced the palace. We were a 5 minute walk from Grand Via and around the corner from the Principle Pio Metro station. There is a cafe in the lobby, a pool, and a roof top bar. I enjoyed staying here and will stay again.

Overall unique concept but for the amount of price charged, there should have been better amenities in the room. There should be at least a proper coffee option. Non student room should have different decor

This is a great hotel for people who want a place to sleep and work. The hotel is a bit on the outskirts of town, but subway is down the street and walkable.

Breakfast for 19.50 euro is fair and good

I stayed at the hotel for 4 days. The location is excellent and overall the hotel is good value. However there are some issues: (a) the rooms are badly lit - without then central lights, my room was dingy. Impossible to read in bed as the lamps are fixed pointing down; (b) pointless having a fridge as it is only there for room service and no room for own purchases; (c) pointless TV as although it was a smart TV (Samsung), all options are switched off - so no ability to change languages or access Netflix, etc. For some reason I was in a room designed for wheelchair use which may have made the room more odd (shower was a nightmare). Overall, oddly unsatisfactory when it needn’t have been. I should have just booked one night and shopped around.

Well-located, near the palacio. Staff was friendly and helpful! The (free) laundry room definitely came in handy during our Euro trip. Breakfast was good, too.

I’ll keep it short! Check in was slow, pool was closed for repairs or maintenance but everything was good. Laundry is limited and small but free! Location is pretty good but on a large hill. You will often have to walk upwards into the more “main” parts of the city during your stay
