Rooms were cozy and very clean.

This is my second stay at the Cobmin Ridge Motel. The property has been nicely renovated in Modern Farmhouse and it’s very clean with comfy beds and nice towels. All the basics are provided with the exception of coffee so plan ahead. It’s a really nice place to stay!

The area was extremely unsafe, with a strong smell of urine and constant noise from the road. Staff was completely absent at all times. I knocked on the office door to request trash removal, but no one answered, despite the “open” sign being on.

Doesn't look so nice from the outside but once I went inside I was shocked on how clean and nice it was .

Exterior could use a facelift the room was clean and inviting. The gentleman who checked us was polite and friendly.

Very good motel but no staff to ask for anything! Limited dining around! Unsure about safety!

The motel was wonderful! The room was so comfortable and clean! I loved having a full size refrigerator and microwave! Joseph, the manager, was so nice and available. He checked in with me when I arrived to make sure everything was ok and to give me information about the area. It was a wonderful stay! I highly recommend this motel!

The room was recently remodeled and the bathroom was especially new and clean. The outside needed some “freshening up”. Joseph, the manager, was very helpful.

Comfortable bed, clean, easy checkin. Great value. Remote didn’t work, could’ve used a box of tissues. Otherwise great stay.

Typically I'm looking for a clean place to shower and sleep. This place was very clean, and my daughter and i both thought the bed was comfy.

The exterior of the motel is not great, but the rooms are very clean and well equipped, and the decor is very nice. It's definitely a "book by its cover" scenario. The staff was very attentive, and the room had a nice retro vibe. I'll be staying here again in the future. Definitely the best place to stay in the area, and the price was great, too!

The room was smelly. No Hot Water! Air conditioner works like a train, extremely loud.

The shower in our room could use a little shelf for shampoo conditioner and body wash but other than that the beds were comfy and I would stay here again.

Check it was smooth. Room was clean and what i expected for the price. I would stay here again.
