I stayed for 20 days great stay for the amount of time I enjoyed all the amenities gym, lobby, greenhouse and washer machines. Highly recommend

I give negative ratings solely for the parking "fiasco" at this establishment, which is longstanding and management is fully aware. Street parking (zone 431) is under control of a private firm called EasyPark which, aside from hitting my credit card when I parked there, but ALSO for two one-month stays in zone 432 (only one of which was cancelled), whereever that may be. I filed a police fraud report, only to be laughed at by a Orlando-native-turned-Swede police counter person (who refused to even give me her name) who simply laughed at me and said "hire an attorney." Sure, in Sweden? This is essentially pickpocketing (from my credit card) with full knowledge of the police (hence the city) and the hotel (which is probably not legally liable). Some government entity should investigate this and cancel EasyPark's management contract for THEFT. BTW, besides street parking, the hotel offers monthly garage space for market rate behind a Willy's a 15-minute walk away thru marginal areas, with lots of broken glass (which I reported twice) just outside the entrance garage door. Need flat tires? If you come here with a car, BEWARE ...

The rooms are well appointed, comfy, excellent for any short break. Unity Malmö whilst not "central" is located on the number 3 circular bus route which connects to Malmö Central Station and Malmö Castle. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was standard Scandinavian fair but plentiful. Highly recommended for any stay in Malmö.

The premises of this hotel are very modern and clean. Staff is very friendly.

Excellent in all ways except location. It's a long way from the centre of town. But pubs and eating nearby.

Stayed here for 3 nights while sightseeing in Malmö. I stayed in a single room which was nice and spacious. It had its own little kitchen, dining table, a decent sized bed and a nice bathroom. Overall, the hotel was quiet and clean and had extra amenities available to guests such as a gym, laundry, library ect. Nice little place to stay if you plan on being in the area for a few days or months. Staff were helpful and super kind!

Unity is amazing and likable temporary home for all your needs are fulfilled by far. The staff is amazing and service minded. Overall, it was just amazing!

Very nice and inexpensive room. Ask for extra blankets tho, our room only had 1 twin blanket for 2 ppl. Pretty far from most restaurants, but not too far from a bus route.

Fresh and modern apartment hotel with all necessary amenities. The room is very clean and cosy. We love to sit and relax at the lovely winter garden. Also great value for money.

Hotel is good itself very quiet and calm downstairs lounge/bar. Rooms need to be soundproofed as at night you can hear all of your neighbours pillows should be changed from time to time because been just used and very basic toiletries it's nice to have shampoo conditioner or body lotion in the rooms

Wonderful experience. My first completely solo trip abroad and I was so relaxed staying at Unity. The studio room was fully equipped with everything I could have needed. The breakfast was great and service was amazing. Would recommend for anyone doing a longer stay.

Amazing place and staff were so lovely and friendly. Lovely clean, well equipped room.

Did not like Unity much. Staff was nice, the room was nice, gym, restaurant, lots of space as well but the hotel is really in the middle of nowhere, it takes 15' walk to get you to bus 5 to the centre & station.

Be mindful that the majority of the photos listed are for the top level/executive suite apartments. When using the expedia app, the pictures do not simultaneously share the description. Can not attest to what it looks like via web browser. Standard/city studio are fine, but the premium bedding shown in those photos are not provided- maybe upon additional charge? Just do not be expecting what you see in the photo, or you will be disappointed. Property is safe and staff is kind. Overall fine stay, just not what was expected.

Very good experience. I would most likely return. Good prize and correct value.
