This is a modern clean facility with great views, walkable to Mullet Bay beach, close to restaurants, a short drive to the Maho area and Simpson Bay. We found this to be a great location to enjoy the activities of the Dutch side of the Island.

Our stay at tower B at Fourteen at Mullet Bay was over the top. All of the staff were knowledgeable and friendly. The place was immaculate! Started everyday with Lattes and Croissants at the pool restaurant. The staff there gave us excellent restaurant and places to go and things to do references. Spent a lot of time at the beach which was walking distance from the property. Our Studio apartment was clean and new and had great views from the balcony. Definitely recommend this property for the ultimate vacation get away. We will be back!

Overall, a nice property in close proximity to a nice beach. It is a fairly new building, so everything still looked nice and everything was functioning. There was one issue that occurred; front desk personnel checked in a different family into our already booked unit... it was awkward when they just walked into my unit when I was cooking a meal. However, it was quickly resolved and they were directed to an open unit.

Great complex and beautiful condo. My only complaint is that when booking through Expedia, you are not provided with the unit floor number, size nor whether it’s in Tower A or B. This can make a big difference when traveling in a group or as a family with different units. Although we lived our unit, it was on the first floor and the view was limited.

View was great. Bathroom needs some work.

The property only gave 2 towels for the week. I didn’t realize the dryer takes 3 hours to finish drying. I asked for a couple extra towels and was told no they don’t have any. As I was checking out there was a garage door open with towels to last a year. I asked for late checkout 12:30 and was told no. Basically the room was good and bed comfortable. But the pictures show the Beach with chairs etc. that IS NOT THEIR BEACH. That is in mullet bay and chairs cost $70 ocean front. Don’t be fooled by pictures. Beach is a few minutes away. I recommend getting a car and drive to the cave at Cupecoy Beach.

Beautiful hotel, very nice and spacious! Walking distance to beach and many dining options near by.
