Amazing!!

Clean room and nice staff.

The servers at the breakfast area, have a bad attitude they never gave my wife and my kids, the food and the drinks at the menu they asked, and when they gave them what they have never said anything to apologize for the running out of the food, and they apologize to other people, but not to my family, the rest of the stuff were great!

Only 1 towel in room upon arrival, No ice machine, jacuzzi was kept at 32 C so basically cold, our 2 rooms asked for it to be turned up but they say they could not because of their policy, so basically it was useless, only luke warm. We had a Superior King room and it only had 1 office chair in it, no table and chairs, no couch, so it was difficult for the couples in our 2 rooms to visit each other. Breakfast was ok, they asked what you wanted from a limited maybe 4 options, seemed like only 2 pieces of bacon was standard. There were a few signs in the room if you did this or that they would charge you for it, haven’t seen that before. Rooms a little sterile, with no place for 2 people to sit.

Listing included breakfast. Front desk said restaurant closed for cleaning. Jaccuuzi closed for cleaning. Elevator closed for service at time of checkout. Elderly family member with arthritis had to walk down stairs to exit building. Shower Luke warm, not hot, Water bottle in mini fridge was frozen. Credit card charged in dollars despite request to pay in pesos. Rating of 9.4 is inconsistent with what we experienced. Buyer beware.

It was great. Very clean. The most kindest/ helpful people. Breakfast was 10/10 the breakfast waiters were also 10/10. I would definitely return.

The aesthetic of the place, and the attention to the detail cleaning is friendliness and very attentive. We asked our service for taxi, and they were always very helpful.

This hotel was excellent

The place is extremely clean, the garage with free self parking was an added bonus. The room Junior room was very small and offered limited amenities but the location was great! Take your time and walk to Don K restaurant or visit the Carnitas place around the corner on Sunday morning.
