Great for walking around city center and be picked up by your tour operator

The hotel was very comfortable. The morning breakfast had an excellent spread as well. The room was plenty big, and the water pressure in the shower was phenomenal.

Great hotel, the best service we ever had! The staff is just amazing, helping out with all we needed. The location is perfect and the hotel is brand new.

Great place. Well situated, great massage, indoor pool, bed was comfortable, pillows were soft and comfortable. Views were amazing. I highly recommend it.

The hotel was well maintained. Breakfast is included in the room fee. We had a bedroom and separate kitchen/living room with TV. Netflix in English if one has a subscription.

Property was great, staff was nice but communication with staff was difficult. They offered to help with tours but you would talk with one and they wouldn’t follow through and you would have to follow up with another. A lot of confusion. I ended up having to go into town last minute to book my own tour.

The suite was a perfect size for us and the Kitchenette enabled me to make Christmas dinner. The location is perfect and the staff were very nice and helpful. The only "issue" was the rooms are hot. We turned the heat off and opened the windows... which helped !

Hotel moderno y con buenas instalaciones, buena atención del personal. El único propblema fue que en la parte exterior del cuarto pasaba un ducto de aire acondicionado muy ruidoso.
