The ambiance is safe, calm, and comfortable. The water is flowing smoothly, and there's also hot water. The deluxe king rooms are spacious, and there's ample parking.

Hospitality: The receptionist was very friendly, when I complained about the live music without prior notice, my room was moved so that it couldn't be heard directly. Cleanliness: The room I stayed in was very clean and comfortable. Access to the resort: Access to the resort was very easy, there were no obstacles.

Very good, good service, good cleanliness, the food is also delicious, maybe for evaluation the breakfast choices should be more varied, the resort is not seaside but it is quite close to the beach, maybe 5 minutes to Prawen & Bandengan, for the rest it is nice.

The atmosphere and experience are very amazing, the staff and service are very satisfying, along with the comfort and cozy villa, it is really the best to stay here.

Upon check-in, the receptionist wasn't there. After about 15 minutes, a tall, thin male receptionist appeared unfriendly and didn't greet, apologize, or smile like hotel staff. This continued with the security guard in the parking area, who seemed indifferent and unresponsive to guests, despite the hotel's excellent facilities and comfort.

The room was nice, spacious, and comfortable, with cool air conditioning. It's close to the ferry port. I recommend staying here. Breakfast was decent, but the fried noodles were a bit soft. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.
