The hotel was well kept and the staff was friendly. A nice and quiet courtyard is a perfect place to escape.
The area has plenty of restaurants around and the nearest convenient stores within walking distance. However, the noises from the street traffic and pedestrian noises were nicely filtered out. Do note that you will staying near several churches and a big cathedral, so late night and early morning bell ringings are the norms.
The staff can communicate in English, but the most fluent way, but it gets the job done. The shampoo bottle was broken, so it was obvious that the housekeeping was missing something. For $10 breakfast, I'd to see a better selection... Maybe some warm items.
The shower is consistently hot and will pressurized.
It's worth of the money. I paid low/mid 80's a night.
