My stay was WAY better than expected. Staff is super friendly and helpful! My room was clean and had everything I needed... a fridge, tv, AC, fan, hot water and comfy bed. They have breakfast available and it was delicious 😋 the owner, Bladimir intorduced himself and you can see he takes pride in keeping the hotel nice and welcoming to all. I had a great time in the pool! Overall, its a great value and I will definitely come back!! Thank you all for your great treatment!!

This is an excellent property for budget travel. I had a layover in Punta Cana and spent one night. The management is friendly and helpful. The only issue we had were the mosquitos/flies but it is just due to the climate and humidity of the area. The room and public areas were spotless!

Quiet safe friendly

The hotel is great, property wise. It’s well maintained. Super clean. The pool next to the small outside restaurant was pretty relaxing. However, I gave it 3 stars bc the outside noise (mostly from the overwhelming amount of street motorcycles) is unbearable. There is no time of the day where the motorbikes can’t be heard. It’s none stop. I didn’t rest not even a second. On top of that, people inside the hotel are constantly talking at loud pass 10p. Again, as a property and customer service, they deserve the highest, but unless they do some noise mitigation, there’s no way you can actually rest at the hotel.

Nice hotel and staff were friendly/ extremely helpful to assist with anything required as well. The main issue is the location and lot of noise in the night from vehicles from the road as well as loud music from neighboring areas ! The area around it is all isn’t the best & feel a bit shady but there is uber for commuting

After a last minute cancelled flight, Costa Love was the perfect place to rest after a long and stressful day. The pool was great and the service was awesome! Thank you ❤️

The experance great people. Great food

Behavior of the staff were exceptionally well and went outside the way to help. But due to the location of the hotel (in a noisy and power cut prone area and a bit far from main amenities), we didn't have others essential benefits. Washroom was too small as well as the kitchen area; no side tables to bed, not enough space to place a chair. Power cuts in the hotel were almost regular and no alternative arrangement for a generator. After returning from a buggy trip, we had to wait for 4 long hours with dirt all over to take a shower or atleast wash our hands and faces or ckean a bit due to no water. No complementary water after first day. Despite most of the booked activities include pickup and drop offs, this location was refused by the service providers.

Kinda rough neighborhood but awesome service at this hotel and breakfast was really good. I liked being able to have a good meal without leaving the hotel property. Hotel property itself seemed safe enough and the staff was awesome. Was only there for a couple of days for a wedding.

TV did not work. Toilet was broken. Bed was like a rock. Bill who checked us in was wonderful though.

The gentleman named Bill at the front desk did a great job accommodating me. He made sure I had everything that I needed. He was very professional and did a great job. Very nice people at this hotel.

We stayed in Costa Love for 3 nights & we only have good things to say about this place & the employees. Jordan was amazing, helpful with everything & was great in giving the best suggestions for our trip. Not only staying there but we booked your packages with them & we had a blast. We met the owner Vladimir & what a down to earth person. Drove us around himself in need. We highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Punta Cana if you’re looking for an affordable safe accommodation with great service.

We unexpectedly ended up spending an extra day in Punta Caña before a resort stay, and wanted to find an affordable hotel. We chose this one based on reviews, and were not disappointed! The room was clean, safe, and comfortable, and we loved experiencing more of the local flavor and culture. It was in an unexpected part of town, and we enjoyed being a little off the beaten path for tourists. For us the highlight of our stay was meeting the owner and his family and experiencing their genuine kindness and hospitality. They are amazing people — friendly and welcoming, and went above and beyond to see to our comfort and to help us with our needs. They really were outstanding. The food at the restaurant in the hotel is absolutely delicious! Our dinner there was amazing! The hotel staff were also kind and helpful. We will definitely be back if we get a chance!

It's very clean

Staff here are so helpful and nice, they sorted out airport transport, sim card, taxi rides etc, for us. I have to say the sushi at the sushi restaurant in the hotel is SO good! There is parking here too which we used when hiring a car

Everything was ok, there was no Air conditioner I told the maintenance guys they couldn’t fix. Also the TV wasn’t working. Hope they check the TV before. Clean room, clean area.
