The hotel is situated around 15 to 20 minutes walk from the coast and city center so very convenient. The check in process was via my phone and it worked perfectly and I was greeted on entry. The foyer and room were clean and tidy. I was sent photos of the room showing the condition before I arrived and it was clear that these were recent and not "stock" photos. The room is basic but as advertised. The only negatives (and these are small) are that there isn't a safe in the room and there is hardly any storage (small desk, 2 bedside shelves and hanging rail) a small set of drawers would be useful. Overall, I would say that the hotel offers value for money but is best suited to short stays. I would definitely stay again.

Checkin experience disaster Don’t waste your time

Very very bad experience. When booking we saw good reviews so we were excited to come but the week before coming we suddenly saw all the reviews had become very bad. We went in with an open mind thinking we would see how it is and experience it for ourselves but it was a very bad experience. The self check in worked fine we had no problems with that. It is a bit annoying that you can only start checking in at 15:00 exact and if you arrive 5 minutes before you have to wait but that’s unfortunately the least of the worries. After the check in everything went downhill. We had dirty sheets and towels. Once we made a complaint about it they wanted to charge us money to get a towel renewal. The towels were full of stains and the hotel claims they’re clean they just have stains that won’t come out. If you’re a hotel and you charge almost €100 per night for a small room you can not give your customers towels with stains even if they’re “clean” this is unacceptable that’s basic knowledge. And especially trying to charge customers for wanting clean and spotless towels that’s a scam. I will never ever be coming back here and I hope no one will ever book again because this business needs to learn what it is like to run a hotel. We were not the only ones having issues. Our second day we got woken up by knocks on the front door and our bedroom windows because other customers had complaints aswell. Maybe this hotel needs to start investing money back into making the hotel personal again.

It is limited in what it provides (e.g. no TV or cupboard) but even in the limited things that were there, it was awful - no shower door so the bathroom floor got wet and slippy; no bath map to mop it up; no working soap dispenser in the shower; a flimsy door offering little security; old towels and bedding. And of course no staff anywhere to complain to or get things changed, Also the photos of reception is misleading.

Hotel is very centric. The fact that my mobile is needed to check in/ open doors and check out made me feel uncomfortable depending of internet connection and battery. I would not return.

The hotel is clean and close to all acomodation

Hotel com quarto espaçoso e limpo, perto da região central, um ótimo custo beneficio, nos primeiros dias estava um pouco insegura devido a aberturas das portas para acesso ao hotel é somente através de um link de um e-mail recebido pelo hotel, mas deu tudo certo e não tive nenhum problema. Hotel muito bom para ficar bem e não pagar muito caro.

La casa es muy linda, difícil llegar para una persona que no conoce el sector y como no hubo una relación arrendador con arrendatario, hizo más complicado poder llegar a la estadia. Otra cosas, yo me retire antes de lo contratado porque la paredes son tan delgada que la vecina no me dejo dormir, al parecer estaba enferma y tenia una tos muy fea y al parecer le faltaba el aire. Esa situación fue todo la noche.

Should have read reviews before booking. Place is not as shown on pictures. Sheets stained on arrival, bathroom looks like I interrupted the builders halfway, scratches on every surface and the room door was too short for the frame which resulted in light and loud noises from the hallway. Incredible someone would put their name on this place. 1 star for service though, they came and changed sheets first thing next day I notified them.

Extrêmement bruyant (nous pouvons comparer à un hall de gare. Impossible de dormir!!!De plus, un accès dans l’établissement et à la chambre très compliqué et très stressant à l’arrivée. Nous ne recommandons pas. Nous éviterons une prochaine fois. Très mauvaise expérience!!!

Bastante buena, lo unico que falta seria una television en las habitaciones

Une très mauvaise expérience. L'hôtel n'a pas envoyé de clés sur mon email à temps. Une personne a ouvert ma chambre à 7h du matin parce qu'elle avait réservé la même chambre que moi. Et pour le comble de malheur, l'hôtel ne répond jamais aux appels téléphoniques.

No lo recomiendo en absoluto, muy mala gestión a la hora de registrarnos,tuvimos un problema con una habitación y no tuvimos ningún contacto para k nos lo solucionará,no había agua caliente en la ducha y nadie se puso en contacto con nosotros para poder solucionarnoslo ,después de tenerlo pagado unos amigos se encontraron en la calle y tuvieron k cojerse un hotel .pésimo nos chafo el sabado
