Everything is good and comfortable, but please, before selling the room, please add some freshener. The location is very strategic, close to the 0 kilometer point. The service is really good, the lady is friendly, I forgot her name, haha. Don't forget to offer towels to guests, ma'am, hehe

Close to 0 km Yogyakarta/Malioboro and the town square/and many souvenirs around the hotel and friendly staff.

As usual, the bathroom is generally poorly maintained. The water used to flow fast, then slow down, perhaps because it's shared with other rooms, but the hot water doesn't feel hot. The TV doesn't work.

It's quite good because we need a place to stay urgently... The location is very helpful for exploring the city of Yogya.

the location is very close to the Sonobudoyo museum. can walk only 3 minutes if you want to take pictures with traditional Jogja clothes. also close to souvenir shops, places to eat, mini markets, etc. Large parking lot, fits many cars. standard rooms are cheap. clean & comfortable. there is an open space in the middle of the hotel. unfortunately did not have time to take pictures of the hotel's condition. we only transited at this hotel while waiting for the flight schedule.

Terrible place, the room was not clean. We had many big cockroaches in the room that kept running from the bed to the AC and everywhere. We couldn't stay and vacated immediately. Not at all recommended.

I just came, was given the key to enter the room for 5 minutes, then checked out, because this is not a family room.

We stayed on the 2nd floor of a triple room, the room was dusty, the furniture was worn, the bathroom floor was crusty, and in front of the room there was a coffee cup that had not been cleaned on the table. The stairs and corridor to our room were also dirty, the ceiling was mossy due to leaks from rainwater. Even though the location is strategic, at a price of 400 thousand without breakfast I don't think it is worth the service provided.

This is an honest review: the room was dirty, dusty, the blanket had unclear stains.
