The vila was perfect. Well equipped, clean and spacious. It is located 10 minutes from the port and close to the highway. The island is easily accessible from the vila. The staff (manager and housekeeper) were more than helpful. If we go back to Punts Delgada we will return to the Vilas dos Olivas without a doubt!

We were pretty disappointed when we arrived to find out our villa didn’t have a hot tub like the photos advertised, the reason we had booked in the first place was because of that. I’m not sure how you can get one with a hot tub, you most likely have to request it before booking. Also we weren’t able to watch tv because the remote was missing. Other than that the stay was comfortable and nice, very quiet and very close to the airport.

Place was just as pictured. Clean. Ideal location. Comfiest beds we had in our 5 week vacation. Staff had limited English, but decent French (and significantly better than my Portuguese), so overall no difficulties communicating with them. They were very responsive on WhatsApp and willing to help with booking excusions, willing to provide information. Very happy with our stay (except for the weather, but can’t control when storms decide to pass by).

We loved the location of this hotel for driving to various locations on the island as well as the security and privacy. We chose the room with the private hot tub, Vila 4. The check in and check out process was pretty seamless! Would highly recommend this location if you have a car.
