The Best hotel to stay for a WTC event

I been here 4 times and every time has been better

Beautiful hotel, check in process was longer than expected but the quality of the room and amenities was as expected from Hyatt. Great area, safe, quiet and pleasant.

Declining Standards – I Won’t Return I used to stay at the Hyatt Mexico City twice a year for business trips. That’s over now. My recent five-night stay was a disaster: I had to switch rooms three times due to hygiene issues, broken fixtures, and lack of water pressure. On the first night, the bed had hair and torn sheets. No one responded via WhatsApp or phone — I had to call room service just to get clean bedding. In another room, the showerhead came off mid-shower. In the third, there was barely any water pressure. I also used the laundry service — my clothes went missing for two days, and staff couldn’t track them down until the morning I checked out. Throughout the stay, the staff was distant and unhelpful. At checkout, the attitude was downright rude. This level of service is unacceptable for a hotel in this category. I won’t be coming back.

Aire acondicionado no funcionó de forma adecuada

I used an ADA room and it was exceptional. Every detail was covered for my wheelchair needs- from the height of the bed to the roll in shower and large space. Will definitely be coming back here.

Great place to stay on business or vacation. Friendly staff excellent service! Check in was easy. I requested a taxi for the following day. The front desk arranged everything. I would definitely stay at the property again.

Arruino todo el proceso de check-out, un día anterior habia solicitado apoyo para contar servicio de taxi para el traslado al aeropuerto, hasta ahi todo se hizo perfecto. El problema fue que llegando a recepción (19/03 a la 6:15) habia una situación-problema con unos clientes y me tuvieron 25 minutos parado esperando ser atendido, requeria salir puntual ya que tenia que tener mi traslado al aeropuerto. Al ser atendido y reclamar al encargado la respuesta fue que "tenia que entender por la situación", una respuesta sumamente indiferente, faltante de servicio e interes por sus clientes, tengo años (incluyendo internacionalmente) hospendandome en esta cadena de hoteles y tengan por seguro que despues de esta experiencia jamas lo considerare o recomendare, la expectativa a este nivel es un servicio arriba del promedio, esta persona en particular no deberia de estar en esa cadena de hoteles
