Friendly staff at the front desk, clean rooms. I enjoyed my short stay here. I will book agian next time I’m in Great Falls.

The breakfast they offer is yogurt and hostess donuts. Not a Montana breakfast! Rooms were dirty.

The whole building was very dated and the breakfast was pretty ridiculous :/

Dirty, stained, Loud, smelled like cigarettes and pot. People slamming doors all hours of night, drug addicts everywhere. Worst hotel i have ever stayed at.

They called when we were on our way to the motel and said if we were not there by 6pm they would give our room away since didn’t pay the guarantee. We would not be there until about 8:30pm. They canceled our reservation so we were stuck looking for some place last minute. Luckily we found a place so my family was not sleeping in our car for the weekend.

The property is dirty and run down, unlike the photos. The rollaway bed was smashed and the springs were broken, causing the guest to fall through a hole in the bed. The bathroom floor was sticky. There was hair in the tub and on the floor. The building smells strongly of chemical cleaners and cigarettes. It’s worse than you are imagining. A local business owner told us that it’s too bad that online reviews can’t tell people that this hotel is where people who don’t have a place to live, live. We smelled something burning at about 5am. No alarms sounded, so we don’t know if our ‘neighbors’ were burning something or what was going on. We checked in at 11:30pm. Got up at 6am and were out the door by 6:20am, forfeiting the cost of our second night’s stay.

The only thing i didn't like was that the dead lock didn't lock and i would wake up to smelling cigarettes in the morning, but overall all it was good.

The place looked very run down, lots of un savory people loitering around the property, the place reeked of weed and tobacco, the stay was enough for one night and to leave the next day. We never stayed long in the hotel because it smelled strongly of weed, the surrounding property felt very unsafe and unwelcoming. Would advise you to do your research.

This hotel is disgustingly dirty and not maintained. It stank of smoke and dirty carpet. The noise of other guests carried on until late at night. The bathtub was moldy and broken.

Okay, depending on what you're needing or expecting in a hotel, will dictate if you will enjoy your stay here. For $80/rm fairly last minute, i was quite pleased. The beds were comfortable, the room was very clean and orderly. It is evident this hotel is an old building and has at times been neglected. But i love that kind of lived-in charm. Our room smelled quite....dank. in more than one way unfortunately. But i want to be clear, the hotel was clean. My room was so clean and tidy. The housekeeping staff deserve a raise. 5 stars to both cleanliness and staff. If you're needing a bed to sleep in for a night, I'd recommend it. If you're expecting more, like...my children did, you will not be pleased. Their complaints on a hotel room they didnt pay for were: No mini fridge No microwave - we arrived at midnight and had *great* need for those, apparently And our continental breakfast was honestly terrible. Hostess Danishes, Sunny D and uhh, fruit cups. I think. I was not going to try the coffee, but my partner didn't complain tho. The children did not approve. Lectures on being polite and respectful were administered. Also. I had to deduct a star from "Facilities" the hair blow dryer tried to eat my hair instead of, you know, blow drying it. Otherwise, it'd be a solid 3.

Pretty run down, but hey, you get what you pay for. Had to wait forever at the front desk at check in. The worker had his girlfriend and a dog in the waiting room and it as pretty annoying. Bed was nice. Room overall was acceptable for the price, but would not stay again.

Check in was easy, friendly staff and clean room

Desk clerk was very polite and professional. For the nightly rate this is possibly the best bang for the buck hotel I have stayed in. Older but clean and have when anyone would need.

It was a good experience

Check in PM guy was great. Morning guy bald with dog was lazy and hostile. He was mad at me for being in the breakfast area 5 minutes early. No coffee or food out at 6:55. He told me to "get out" but his dog was in the doorway barking at me and I asked him to do something with his dog. He just kept saying it won't bite. The next morning again no breakfast out at 5 after 0700. He said it wasn't his job as his relief was late. I asked him to put something out and his dog was barking at me again. I said i am not in the dining room why is it barking at me now? He said he called me a dirty name and said that's why. He finally started putting stuff out at 10 after. Very poor attitude. Very bad customer service. I will never come back.
