Room was nice but limited bath tiwels and the blankets kept at the front desk instead of in the room.

Renting bed blankets was definitely different.

I won’t recommend this hotel, they don’t provide blankets unless you make a deposit of $10 dollars per blanket, there’s no heating or a/c, the windows on the back of the room and the bathroom the lock was broken making it very unsafe, almost impossible to park at night becomes crowded and security make you park blocking other cars. I rent a doble room for 4 people and they provide only 2 towels.

Los cuartos están muy fríos y después de bañarse la humedad está horrible, NO tienen calefacción y solo te ponen 2 sábanas porque las cobijas te las rentan en $200 pesos cada una, cosa que no especifican en las descripciones, no tienen microondas ni secadora para el cabello, y uno de los días el agua caliente para bañarse nunca salió, la excusa fue que mucha gente la había usado… El lugar en sí es muy barato en el precio pero carece de algunas cosas esenciales para la estancia

Inconvenience because sink was broken well not the sink but the faucet the plumbing was coming apart so we had water leaking

Room was dirty and have to be move to a different room in the corner and it was very inconvenient noisy They try to charge me for towels because I have to used them because the room got flooded and that I was dirtying towels I told them your floor is wet and unsafe to walk
