Comfort zone hotel

We stayed at Holiday Inn Express and Suites Deventer for a family leisure trip over New Year’s, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure we felt comfortable throughout our stay. The rooms were spotless, modern, and very comfortable, providing a perfect space for our family to relax after a day of exploring. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we’d definitely recommend this hotel to families looking for a clean, friendly, and well-managed place to stay in Deventer. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

A good hotel for a business trip but it is in the middle of nowhere. Comfy and clean. Staff are great but other than a garage there’s nothing around you

Prefect for one night

The hotel was ok, not great, not horrible, just ok. Breakfast was limited and the staff didn't say good morning or acknowledge the guests. However, they did their job, so all is good ;-). Positive (if you need this amenity): the room had a small kitchen. Save the 7,50 euros on parking and park on the outside of the hotel parking area. We stayed at this hotel for a quick pit stop, so in that sense it was fine and we would definitely stay there again if we are in that area. Very easy access to the A1.

Breakfast was good. Rooms were bit small but clean. Location and area not super but convenient next to highway.

It is worth the Money and Comfortable for a Short Break during your travel

The stay was bad because we never had our room cleaned. No new towels or toilet paper nothing because they never came to clean our room. Also hair dryer was a joke. It never heated up. The breakfast room was awful. Dirty dishes everywhere tables not cleaned off and chairs all stained from soils from children. Ran out of coffee and sugar and silverware. I have never had this horrible service at a Holiday Inn. And I sent a email to the manager as I feel I deserve a refund. This stay was awful.

The breakfast is very little to offer and it only have only one kind of eggs, hard boiled eggs and it’s always running out and having to wait for a while. The bedroom is very comfortable.

I requested a refund due to a change in travel plans caused by a medical problem ... no response, no refund and now you want to know how my stay was?? thanks for nothing !
