Let’s start with the positives, the rooms are big with a big balcony. There has clearly been some paint splashed over the walls recently. Sadly the overall result is a soulless room only experience. The place is trading on the more interesting Om Shanti at the beach but has none of the charm. the staff are as welcoming as prison guards. There are lots of places to stay nearby, this isn’t the worst place to stay if everything else is booked

Clean room, quiet, location

Second time staying at Om shanti residence and was again fantastic. Location is great near to patnem beach and view from the balcony is beautiful. Staff were great too.

Super clean room with a comfy bed and beautiful view from the large balcony. Friendly and helpful staff who were always available. Property felt secure and the location is just a few minutes walk to the beach.

Amazing stay

its a neat clean quiet well maintained property..about 500 meters from the beach..close to dining (Ramas restaurant, Patnem chai stall), chaudi market our 2nd time in patnem..this time we had our motorcycle..so it was very convenient to move around and the good location facilitated this. the staff and property itself are very customer friendly

Great place, close to beach

Easy check in to large room with 2 king size beds. Excellent air conditioning and good supply of hot water in the shower. Only minor issue was that the Wi-Fi was a little patchy

The property was family run and excellent service from Nanou and his staff.

A short walk from the beach meant it was much quieter than the beachfront and good value for money.

Booked the Om Shanti for a two night stay in South Goa as part of a month long trip. The hotel is quiet and very modern. The staff are very helpful. Used the Om Shanti beach shack also which has excellent food. Patnem is lovely. Would definitely stay at Om Shanti again.

Excellent accommodation with friendly efficient staff

The property is just three years old and has a very modern look with excellent facilities. The bathroom has a large walk-in modern shower all fully tiled. Each room has a veranda with seating, table and clothes dryer. The rooms are cleaned every day, and the Air Con kept the room at the perfect temperature. No complaints

I loved my stay at this fantastic small hotel. My room was just perfect and had a wonderful view. I can’t wait to return and stay again.

Everything was great! Nanu and Om Shanti Residence and Restaurant teams were cheerful and super helpful! I was about to stay for 1 more month. Will visit again for sure! Highly recommend! One more thing to improve: upgrade or configure internet connection at facility.

Stayed for 2 weeks at Om Shanti, it has a great modern design and features. Friendly staff and guests, never too noisy or busy and it was perfectly located for the area.. will come again soon
