Great location

We liked being in centre of San Sebastián. Everything was on our doorstep. The room was nice. The staff all very friendly and helpful.

Fantastic position in the old town, opposite the basilica, really buzzing area but hotel totally quiet.

We were only in San Sebastián a short time and this property ticked ticked all the boxes for our needs: convenient, well rated, great price, friendly staff.

Excellent breakfast with a very good location! It is a bit hard to get a taxi in the city and especially close to the hotel-but if you are able to walk it is really not a problem. The church next to the hotel likes to ring the bell- starts at 08.00 every morning but we would go back anytime!

We had 3 nights at this Hotel to experience the Pintxos bars which was just amazing, a must for any food lovers! The location of the hotel in the old town was perfect (actually as we got to know the area I would say probably the best place to be), bit noisy in the mornings but to be expected and didn’t put us off. The service in the hotel was excellent, even the breakfast at the hotel was just as good as going out to eat, would stay there again in a heart beat!

Loved the property - spacious , very clean, sleek rooms .Good breakfast. Very friendly and efficient staff - big shout out to Marta for making our stay special. Fantastic location for bar hopping in old Town. Definitely will recommend to any friends visiting the city - and hope to be back ourselves !! 10 Stars !!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The location is unbelievable, in the heart of the Old Town. We had a stunning view of the beautiful church from our room. Everything is on your doorstep from the best pintxo bars, the beach, and the hill where you get fabulous views. Staff are lovely, place was spotless, bed was super comfy, lovely big towels and breakfast was excellent. Would highly recommend to anyone and would love to stay there again.

The hotel was very clean in all public and personal areas. My only slight comment would be that Another chair in the bedroom would have been useful as sitting on the bed was the only other option
