It was very quaint and beautiful. The staff was very accommodating, the facilities were very nice.

It’s a nice little cottage-style hotel. Hotel rooms is huge but the amenities inside room need to be some upgraded. Generally, we had a happy stay.

Only stayed one night, but it was easy, the room was spacious, and the hotel was communicative.

The property is currently being renovated. This should address some of the issues with redecoration of the rooms. The outside and pool was very nice especially after a hot day touring the falls. The staff were very helpful with arrangements transport to the falls and airport

Other than not much choice to eat at a short walk, it was excellent.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Palama Real Posada! The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and perfectly met all our expectations. The staff truly stood out – they were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist. Communication with them was seamless, especially through WhatsApp, and accessing the Wi-Fi was a breeze. The location is another major highlight. It's within walking distance of the bus terminal, which made getting around so convenient, and it was also easy to reach from the airport. Overall, a fantastic experience. We’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Fantastic small property with lovely staff that were able to speak English which waa super helpful. The pool area is very pretty and the included breakfast was very good. Conveniently located near a dew restaurants and a 15 min walk to the bus station.

One of the worse hotels we have ever stayed at. Here are the list of issues. 1) bed sheets are stained and had dried blood on it 2) a/c unit is broken 3) windows don't close and we found over 16 mosquitoes in our room alone arrival 4) breakfast is gross and you might as well not eat it 5) toilet seat broken 6) safe broken and won't even lock 7) sink faucet broken 8) shower gel holder rusty and broken with watered down soap 9) staff is clueless and can't help. Told us to write our problems on a piece of paper... 10) room overall is dirty with stains on walls/ floors 11) black mold in shower 12) bed sheets have holes in them We had other issues as well but I think you get the point here. I would avoid this place like the plague.

We stayed at this hotel and is excellent!!! The room was very comfortable, big and clean. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. I recommend this hotel to stay if you want to visit Cataratas de Iguazú, and is very close to Brazil’s frontier.

Spacious room, beds were wide, bathroom/shower was big, pool was an extra plus!

Exhaust fan in bathroom not working and water drain in bathroom was slow

Nice affordable place in Puerto Iguazu to just stay overnight or rest for a few days by the pool within walking distance to the commercial center. The property is next to a busy road (buses going from time to time during a day), but for us it was not a problem at all. A good although repetitive breakfast; it kept us running for a big part of a day three days in a row, so no complaints. The aircon was blowing cold air directly on my bed, but it was probably something that could be easily fixed if I only tried. In short, nice affordable place that I would not hessitate to recommend and where I would stay again.

Nice hotel with a friendly and helpful staff. Nice courtyard with a pool. The included breakfast was tasty, plentiful, with coffee, tea, milk, fresh fruit juice, several fresh fruits, yogurt, cold cereal, pastries, and toast, as well as scrambled eggs, ham, and cheese. The room was clean with plenty of hot water. However we could not get the in room safe to work. While the pool water was clean, the pool itself would have benefited from a scrubbing. The neighborhood seemed safe, but it was about a kilometer into the center of town. Restaurants and a grocery store within about 4 blocks. I would consider staying there again.
