The room was still cold with the air-con set at 26 degrees Celsius. I then turned it off, but somehow it turned on automatically after some time. Also, the soundproofing of the glass windows was insufficient as we could hear the noise from the road repair in the middle of the night. However, the staff, including the housekeeping team of the hotel, were very friendly and courteous.

This is our second time staying here with my family. Clean, comfortable, and well-located near Penang Airport. Great facilities (pool, gym, breakfast), just no kids’ playground.

Once i check in my Receptionist chinese guy very good person attend me,but im not happy with indian girl when i call for checking confirmation about my room around 1.30pm, so arrogant & like push me to finish my question. I hope hotel management take serious about your receptionist when answer the call to be polite to customer because u are 5star hotel. Overall for hotel facilaties very good.
