This was our second time staying here. The first time a year ago was great, but this time, not so much. I booked the larger size of the two bedroom suites, although the unit we were given didn’t seem as big as last time. It was clean, but I did find clumps of hair on the floor of the smaller bathroom. The worst part was that my parents and I hardly got any sleep due to all the noise. There was someone above us who must’ve been putting furniture together until 4am because they kept dropping the Allen wrench and moving chairs around. Even worse, there was a party going on in another unit a floor or two above us until 5am. Nonstop noise of music and people talking and laughing. We also heard people running around and hanging out in the patio area below, even though we were on the 8th floor. The sign in the suite says quiet hours are from 10pm-7am, but clearly it is not enforced. It was pretty terrible and ruined our morning plans that Easter Sunday because we all felt like zombies from lack of sleep.

Nikita at the front desk is friendly and helpful. Very clean and feels like staying in a really nice, clean apartment.

This was my 2nd time here...just for a change in scenery and relaxation. The property is always clean and smells so good! The staff is amazing! They're professional, accommodating and kind. If you need anything, they don't mind assisting and if they do, I'd never know! I love coming here, whether for work or pleasure. They have just about everything you need. I'd highly advise Instacart/Door Dash for snacks/beverages. The pantry is convenient, but PRICEY.

Check in took a little longer because it was busy and only one person could help while the other person was having tech issues the other person in the back wasn’t able to assist. The coffee machine was not working. And there wasn’t an additional blanket in the closet like it usually is.

Good location and clean

I was able to take a hot spiritual bath in the bath tub. It was clean and newish. I enjoyed the fitness center. I enjoyed the convenience of grub hub. The large window and lighting in the room was nice. The space was modern and comfortable. It didn't feel like you were staying in a hotel room, which I liked.

A great experience, the front desk staff were very friendly, and the room was comfortable.

The space in the hotel was great, spacious 2 bedroom apartment, but another room was being very noisy late at night and we had a terrible night sleep, and they didn’t deal with it.

I love the units and the space and cleanliness!

My children and I enjoyed the stay and the view. Only complaint was that there were no TVs in the bedrooms and WiFi was a bit slow. Staff was pleasant .

I had an amazing experience during my stay in DC because of Placemakr. Place has a modern contemporary design and feel with upgraded appliances. Staff/front desk were always available and friendly no matter the time of the day. Will definitely stay here again!!!

I was located on the 10th floor the hallway weren't clean, the apartment i was in had a musky smell to it and when brought to the front desk i was told someone would be up but noone came for that particular issue although they had someone mopping the lobby area and smelled wonderful. I inquired can he come mop my apartment and was told no they only work in several areas...i.e my apartment hadn't been cleaned properly!! Unacceptable!!! I had to ask for washcloths because had none, there were dirty used dishes weren't washed just put back as if, toilet ran after flushing once, now that was dealt with...Need to take pride in all of your room if going to rent them. Prior to letting cleaning staff go home each toom needs to be checked for cleanliness inside and out!!!! Very disappointed.

The property provides housing for students on some floors and leasing or hotel services for others. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
