Lovely hotel with modern decor and clean facilities with complimentary water, tea and biscuits in the room each day. The staff were very friendly and helpful and recommended a few things to do with our daughter. We didn't have breakfast during our stay as we wanted to try some cafes nearby but the restaurant and breakfast area looked lovely. They allowed us to store our luggage both when we arrived and on our last day which we appreciated. The hotel is well situated right in the central area of the town in walking distance to the beach, the pier and shops. Overall we had a great stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Staff were very friendly. The complimentary in room refreshments where also quite decent, The room itself was fairly modern the beds where comfortable too, we didn't try the food but the dining room and toilets downstairs where very modern and refined, if say the only downside was the actual in room toilets as they weren't as modern also no smart TV if your hoping for one of those.

We had a family stay at this hotel and overall had a pleasant trip, though there were a few areas that could be improved. The highlight of our stay was definitely the scenic sea view, which was absolutely beautiful and made the experience more enjoyable. Although we spent most of our time exploring and mainly returned to the room to sleep, the view was worth appreciating. However, we were slightly disappointed with the condition of the room. The toilet door handle was broken, and the bathroom only had a shower area with a child safety look a like door and curtain—there was no bathtub. Slippers were not provided, and the carpet did not appear to be well cleaned or maintained. The room was also quite warm, and we were informed that the temperature was centrally controlled, so we couldn’t adjust it ourselves. We had to keep the window open to cool the room down. There were tea and coffee facilities , but no fridge in the room, which would have been convenient. On a positive note, the staff made a big difference to our stay. They were polite, helpful, and very cooperative throughout. Parking was another challenge. Finding free parking required some effort, and the parking opposite the hotel was only free during specific hours (after 4 pm until 10 am), which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, I would rate the stay as average in terms of the room, though the scenic view and friendly staff added value to our experience.

A lovely place to stay, close to both the shops and the promenade, breakfast was tasty, the beds were comfy and the Wi-fi good. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel 😊

Clean room, comfortable bed, quiet. All the staff were friendly and really helpful. Hotel restaurant The Goat served excellent food in a modern environment. We left two items behind in our room and we were phoned about it; they kept them safe until we collected them.

The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The location on the beach front was fabulous and close to all the shops and amenities. My top floor room was very comfortable and warm with views across the bay. Breakfast was excellent and the staff very friendly and attentive. Great it has a small car park too.

Staff very kind! Restaurant closed during visit, no breakfast. Call ahead to confirm availability is best advice for future. Off season and after new years. Uncomfortable temperature control in one of the rooms, wouldn't go below 26 degrees even with system off, window open and fan on. This was a second stay for us at the hotel, and unfortunately was nothing like first experience.

Lovely hotel with very clean reception and polite staff. I noticed my duvet cover was marked on arrival but on mentioning this, they replaced it straightaway. Minor issues were that I did not seem to be able to get any cold water from the taps, and the temperature of the room via the climate control unit seemed impossible to change, so the room was warmer than I prefer it. Overall though, a lovely hotel, very well positioned overlooking the sea and the staff were courteous and helpful.

Lovely welcoming lady receptionist and the young bar staff very polite and cheerful. Crooked floorboards in bedroom but this added caracter and great space for 3 ladies sharing with 3 single beds. Coridors and room were really hot when we arrived, we had to open the window and switch off heating in the room, it took a while before it cooled down. Room and bathroom were basic but clean and very comfy beds. Can' t comment on food as we did not eat there. Very convinient for shops, eating and Venue Cymru.

A lovely, quality hotel in prime location. The staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful. This is definitely somewhere I would return to, and recommend.

Such a fantastic hotel, we will definitely be returning! Lovely room in a fantastic location. The hotel was beautiful and the breakfast was just fantastic! The staff were friendly and so helpful and the bar area was beautiful. We had a lovely family break here and would definitely recommend it!

It was all a very pleasant overnight stay.
